At the beginning of the episode, Kinjal asked resort’s employee to bring the cow’s milk for Anupama. Rakhi said Kinjal should support Kavya and asked her not to think about Anupama anymore. Kinjal said Anupama is her mother and she will take care of Anupama anyhow. Rakhi said Anupama’s chapter is closed now and that’s why she should try to make bond with Kavya. Kinjal said she will always support her mother Anupama and said she don’t about Kavya and leaves from there.
Kavya come to the hospital and asked where is Vanraj? Guru ji informed Kavya that Vanraj is donating blood to Anupama because they both have same blood group. Kavya got angry and leaves from there. Guru ji informed Vanraj that Anupama’s surgery was successful and now she is out of danger. Vanraj and Samar get happy. Guru ji asked both of them to go back to the resort and take rest. Samar said he will stay in the hospital and asked Vanraj to go to the resort.
Vanraj come to his room and Kavya started taunting Vanraj. Kavya said Vanraj should forget about the past and try to love with her. Vanraj said Kavya should not do her drama. Kavya said if Vanraj will go to Anupama then it will not be good for him. Vanraj started fighting with Kavya. Toshu informed everyone that Anupama is out of the danger now but we need to take care of her. Everyone get happy. Everyone is listening fight between Kavya and Vanraj.
Samar is sitting near Anupama. Anupama is murmuring, let me go toshu ke papa, leave me alone toshu ke papa. Samar decided to take revenge from Vanraj for everything he did with Anupama. Kinjal and Toshu become happy after meeting one another after a long time. Kinjal and Toshu shared some romantic moments. Kavya is preparing kheer. Baa said Anupama is their in hospital and Kavya is preparing kheer. Kavya asked Baapu ji to eat kheer. Baapu ji give some money to Kavya and take kheer from Kavya’s hand and place it near tulsi plant. Kavya started shouting at Baapu ji. Baapu ji said he served the kheer to tulsi ji first then he will eat the kheer as prashad. Baa admired Baapu ji for giving a lesson to Kavya. Baapu ji asked Baa to support Anupama and said Anupama is their daughter now.
Anupama situation become worst. Vanraj too reached at the hospital. Samar informed Vanraj that Anupama is not well. Everyone doing arrangements to welcome Anupama, on the other hand she is struggling for her breathes.
