At the beginning of the episode, everyone is doing arrangements for welcoming the Anupama. Dolly try to call Samar, but he didn’t picked up the call. Anupama again started breathing and come out of the danger. Kavya is searching, where is Vanraj? Rakhi served Kavya’s kheer to the crows. Kavya started shouting Rakhi. Rakhi give gift to Kavya for her first cooking. Kavya returned the gift. Rakhi try to inflame Kavya and asked why she is worried? Kavya said Vanraj has not come to meet her from last 24 hours. Rakhi asked does she lost the hope? Kavya said soon she will take revenge from everyone.
Nandini heard everything and said she will not allow Kavya to do anything with her family and said whatever Kavya will do with her mother-in-law, she will do the same with her mother-in-law. Kavya said no one will allow Nandini to marry Samar. Nandini said she will marry Samar because Baa loves Samar too much and she will allow him to marry Nandini. Nandini leaves from there. Dr. Advait informed Vanraj that Anupama is out of danger because of her subconscious mind and said Anupama needs peace and rest. Samar got a call from Baapu ji, Vanraj asked Samar not to inform Baapu ji about Anupama’s condition.
Nandini is sitting and crying in the garden. Kinjal asked why Nandini is crying? Nandini told Kinjal that Kavya want to break her family. Kinjal said Kavya will not able to do anything and asked Nandini not to think about anything. Samar asked Anupama how she is feeling? Anupama said she will be well soon for her family and get shocked after watching Vanraj. Dr. Asked Anupama to take rest. Vanraj decided to pay the Anupama’s hospital’s bill. Dr. Advait said Anupama will pay by herself and asked Vanraj to be nice with her, if he really want to help her.
Toshu informed everyone that Anupama is conscious now, everyone get happy. Vanraj arrived at the resort and goes to meet Baapu ji. Kavya got angry after watching Vanraj with Baapu ji and goes inside her house. Vanraj informed Baapu ji that Anupama is alright. Baapu ji asked Vanraj to look after his responsibilities and stay close to Kavya and forgive her and leaves from there. Everyone welcomes Anupama. Anupama said she will fight with every problem of her life. Kavya said to herself that due to Anupama her first night got wasted.
