At the beginning of the episode, Leela asks Anupama that when she has a divorce tomorrow, why did she did not tell them. Anupama says that she was going to tell, but she did not get a chance. She adds that she also came to know last night. Kavya leaves from there. Nandani is going to follow her. But Anupama stops her. She says that Nandni should work with peace. But Nandni still goes after Kavya. Because she is very disappointed.
Anupama is going to follow her. But Dolly asks Anupama to let Nandani go to Kavya. Anupama does not agree with her. But Leela stops Anupama. She asks Anupama to choose between happiness and sorrows. Anupama is surprised to hear her talk. Kavya is sitting there in her room and Nandni comes there and starts scolding her. Whereas Kavya says that she should understand her pain as well. Because what she is facing is like hell for her too.
Leela tells Anupama that she must choose the engagement between divorce and engagement and this is her command. But Anupama asks Leela to understand her suffering. But Leela says that she is also tired of these things and she wants Anupama to listen to her. There Kavya sends a voice note to Anirudh in which she is saying that Anupama and Vanraj are going to get divorced and she is very happy. Because now she can live with Vanraj.
Vanraj gets upset seeing her antics. Anupama says that she cannot repeatedly explain to everyone why she wants to get divorced. She says that she will get a divorce and no one can stop it. She has taken a decision that no one can change it. After this, she leaves from there. Dolly wants Vanraj to leave Kavya because she does not like her antics at all.
Kinjal goes after Anupama and wants to talk to her but Anupama says that she wants to be alone. Kinjal gets upset. Anupama dances to work out her pain. Those moments are coming in front of her in which she came to know that she has cancer. And her family is experiencing pain. She starts crying
While Vanraj on the other hand goes to Kavya. And Kavya apologizes to him. She says that she knows that Vanraj is upset with her. But what she did was for their happiness. She says Anupama wants to get away from him but she wants to be near him. But Vanraj tells Kavya that he will not leave Anupama. He will remain with her. Vanraj further feels that he has made a big mistake by tricking Anupama.
