At the beginning of the episode, Lakshmi cannot sleep thinking about Rishi. Shalu asks why she is not sleeping. She tells her that she cannot stop thinking of Rishi and she is scared of her own happiness. She says it is a God’s blessing to receive someone’s real love. She thinks of her parents and wishes they were there to see her happiness. Shalu and Bani hug her and say their blessing are always with them.
Karishma tells Neelam that Lakshmi’s wedding dress is ready. Neelam asks Rishi to go Lakshmi’s house to drop the wedding lehenga. Rishi goes there. Rani invites him in. Neha collides with Rishi and falls in his arms. Rishi tells her to be careful. Rishi tells Rano that there are two dresses for Lakshmi. He says Neelam asked him to give the haldi and dress to Lakshmi himself so he must see her. Rano does not like it but grudgingly allows. Lakshmi hears his voice and hides. Rishi asks where she was and didn’t she hear his voice. Lakshmi says she was drying the clothes. Rishi says he was getting bored with Rano and Neha and lied so he could meet her. Rishi asks her to address him as “tum” and not “aap”.
Rishi asks her if he can apply haldi on her face. Rishi puts haldi on her cheek. He also makes her apply haldi to him. Neha watches them with jealousy and goes out angrily. Shalu and Bani ask her what happened? Neha says they should go and see for themselves what is happening in the room. Shalu and Bani hear Rishi telling Lakshmi that he cannot wait for their wedding. Rishi comes out and see them. He greets them and goes away immediately. Shalu and Bani ask Lakshmi what happened. Lakshmi says she couldn’t breathe. Rishi comes back to pick up his mobile. Shalu and Bani tease him and Lakshmi. Rishi goes back. Rano tells that Neelam has asked Lakshmi to get ready and reach the venue.
Neha’s friend comes to her house to meet her. Neha tells her that she is busy, so she says she is behaving as if she only is getting married not Lakshmi. Neha gets furious and locks herself into the room.
Lakshmi, Shalu and Bani get ready for the wedding. Preetam compliments them for looking good. They sit in the cab to drop them to the venue. The cab driver is Balwinder’s friend, Sanjay. Balwinder calls him and tells him not to drop Lakshmi to the right venue. He calls Sanjay and asks him to pretend that there is some problem in the car. Rano tell Preetam and the girls to go ahead, while she will come in another cab with Neha.
Rishi comes ready in his bridegroom attire. Virendra compliments him for looking good. He tells Rishi to always stand by Lakshmi just as she has stood by him. Rishi promises him.
Neha thinks of what her friend said to her that Lakshmi snatched Rishi from under her nose. She angrily thinks of Rishi and Lakshmi’s engagement and closeness. Rano calls her to ask where she is. Neha locks herself up in the room. Rano wonders what she is upto. Balwinder honks at the car in front of him while driving. Abhi of Kumkum Bhagya looks out of the car window, smiles and tells him to wait.
