At the beginning of the episode, Virendra asks Rano if Lakshmi put her thumbprint herself. Rano says no one else can have her thumb so she only did it. It is shown that Rano put Lakshmi’s thumbprint while she was sleeping. Rishi comes down and asks to see the papers. Rishi looks at the papers. Rano asks for a pen. Rishi remembers Lakshmi’s admission of love. Rano cannot find the pen, so she gives Rishi her KAJAL pencil. Rishi says he will sign the papers but after speaking with Lakshmi. Rishi goes out.
Rano asks for water. Everyone looks at her incredulously. Virendra asks why she is doing all this and her behavior shows no love for Lakshmi. Rano says she does not show fake love. She says they forced her out of the house at midnight and she went to her house because she knows no one will betray her there. Rano insults the whole family for betraying Lakshmi. Neelam warns Rano not to say anything to Virendra as he is really Lakshmi’s father. She says her son made a mistake, so she is listening to her but she will lose her cool if Rano does not stop.
Neelam says she got Rishi married to Lakshmi because it was necessary. Rano says they thought Lakshmi is a villager so she will rein in their spoilt brat. Neelam says Rano was marrying Lakshmi to a goon like Balwainder and she is showing fake concern for Lakshmi. Neelam says she cannot question Lakshmi and Virendra’s relationship, as she tried to replace Lakshmi with Neha to get married to Rishi. Neelam tells Rano to get out before she insults her further. She says Rano is not trustworthy and she does not believe that Lakshmis net those papers. Virendra says she must have emotionally blackmailed Lakshmi to send the papers. Rano says she will give a fitting reply for this insult and leaves.
Rishi goes to Lakshmi’s office where she has gone for an interview. Lakshmi goes up the stairs. Rishi follows her but loses track. Ayush calls him and tells him not to go to Lakshmi’s house. Rishi meets Vishal. Vishal sends him to his cabin and tells him to wait there. Neelam asks Ayush to come with her.
Lakshmi is directed towards HR officer, Vishal to fill the form. Vishal tells Rishi to give the questionnaire form to the girl who comes. Rishi does his video call from the cabin with his back towards the door. Lakhsmi knocks as she sees Rishi’s back. Rishi motions her to come in and give her the form to fill as he is busy with his video call.
Neelam and Ayush go to Lakshmi’s house. Neelam asks about Lakshmi, Shalua, and Bani. Preetam tells that they have all gone out. Neelam asks him to call her and tells her to come immediately.
Lakshmi sits there and fills the form but Rishi does not look at her. Lakshmi also does not see him as he is hidden behind the screen. They both drink coffee from the same cup without realizing it. Lakshmi finally says it is her cup. Rishi looks at her and she does too. Rishi stops his call. They are both dumbfounded. Rishi asks if she is there for a job. The receptionist comes and tells her that this is not Vishal’s cabin who she had to meet.
Lakshmi finally meets HR Manager, Vishal. Rishi’s friend Vishal meets him and asks Rishi why he is looking lost. He asks Rishi to have a coffee with him, but he says he does not have coffee anymore. HR Manager tells Lakshmi that she is a fresher so she will only get a job of record keeping. Lakshmi agrees, so he says she can join straight away.
