At the beginning of the episode, Preetam tells Neelam that Lakshmi is not picking his call. Neelam says she will wait for her. Rano comes and tells them to go from there. Preetam takes her inside. Neelam tells Ayush to ignore them. Preetam asks Rano what she did in Oberoi’s house. Rano says she took the divorce papers. Preetam says he will tell them that Lakshmi does not want a divorce. Rano says Lakshmi herself signed the papers.
Lakshmi goes with the HR Manager, Vishal. Rishi and Lakshmi do not see each other. Vishal takes her to the storage area to show her the files. He tells her to close the door so that dust stays out. He says he will show her how to clean the cupboards. He gives her the ladder to climb and get record books down. Lakshmi climbs up. Vishal moves the ladder, so Lakshmi loses her balance and falls down. Vishal tries to molest her. He tells her that she should not shout if she wants the job.
Lakshmi screams for help. Rishi hears and stops. Lakshmi slaps Vishal and warns him not to touch her. She tries to escape from there. Lakshmi says her SINDOOR means her marriage to her. Rishi is disturbed while driving. His friend calls him to tell him that he forgotten his file there. He says he will send it home. Rishi thanks him but turns back his car. Rishi wonders about Lakshmi and thinks he wants to see her.
Lakshmi struggles with Vishal to escape from there. She manages to open the door and gets out. Vishal warns her not to tell anyone anything or he will damage her career. Lakshmi tells people to help her. The manager asks for water for her. Vishal comes and says that Lakshmi was trying to get a job in return for favors. Lakshmi tells everyone what he did and says she escaped somehow. Lakshmi asks them to call the police so that she can file a complaint against him. Another girl says this man has done this to her also and he will put the blame on her. Vishal says he can prove his innocence by showing the CCTV footage.
Rano insults Neelam for staying there despite them ignoring them. She says she will file a complaint against them that they are pressurizing Lakshmi to not take divorce. Neelam says she will now show Rano and will not let this divorce happen. Ayush hugs Rano and thanks to her for stopping the divorce. Rano says Rishi has agreed to divorce. Ayush says they will both be proven wrong. Preetam scolds Rano for playing sly tricks again.
Police come. Vishal complains against Lakshmi that she is blaming him falsely for molestation. Vishal shows CCTV footage to everyone and says that she only closed the door. He turns everything on its head to blame Lakshmi. Lakshmi says he is a liar and a dirty man. Rishi comes there and sees the crowd but ignores it. Police handcuffed Lakshmi to take her to the police station as she cries. Rishi calls for Lakshmi. He hugs her.
