At the beginning of the episode, Lakshmi requests people to move their vehicles to let the ambulance move but it is not possible because of an accident. She requests the lady whose car was in accident but she refuses to move the car. Lakshmi requests a truck driver to move his truck. He tells her to move the vehicles on the back so that he can move. Ayush and Lakshmi manage to move the vehicles.
Malishka thinks of what Kiran said about Lakshmi being Rishi’s shield. She refuses to acknowledge it. Lakshmi goes back into the ambulance and tells Rishi that they will reach hospital soon. She tells Rishi that his ring fell by accident and puts it back in his finger. Rishi thinks that he threw the ring away. Lakshmi tells Rishi not to fall asleep but he closes his eyes. She tells him that DEVI MA will not let anything happen to him and will take her first. Rishi’s mouth starts foaming and his hand turns blue.
Virendra and Neelam get worried about the traffic jam and feels helpless. Virendra says Lakshmi is with him. Neelam says may be it is her mistake that Rishi has to suffer in this way. Virendra tries to calm her down by hugging her. Neelam tells him that they do not have such relationship. Neelam gets out of the car.
Ayush goes to ambulance to tell that traffic has cleared. Lakshmi sucks the poison out of his hand. Ayush tells her not to do it as it can put her life in danger. Lakshmi tells him not to stop her as her Karwachauth was true and nothing will happen to Rishi. Lakshmi sucks the poisoned blood out and spits it out. She also starts turning blue and faints.
Rishi opens her eyes. Ayush tries to revive Lakshmi. Rishi asks what happened to Lakshmi. Ayush tells him that Lakshmi sucked the blood out of his body to save him. Ayush tries to wake Lakshmi up but she does not wake up. Ayush lies her down too next to Rishi. Rishi looks at her engagement ring and remembers that he threw it. He remembers all the times that Lakshmi saved his life risking her own.
Malishka’s car hits a man while coming on wrong side. She screams at the street vendor who says he will call police. People say it was her fault and threatens to call police. Malishka gives the vendor money. He lets her go.
Ambulance reaches the hospital. Rishi and Ayush take Lakshmi out. The stretcher gets stuck. Rishi says he will get a new stretcher. Neelam and Virendra reach. Ayush tells them that Lakshmi saved Rishi by sucking the poison out. Neelam asks about Rishi while Virendra worries about Lakshmi. Rishi is not able to arrange the stretcher. Virendra stays with Lakshmi. Rishi fights with the receptionist for stretcher as Neelam and Malishka look at him. Rishi does not see Malishka and goes running back to Lakshmi.
