This week, Rishi bumps into Lakshmi in the office where she goes for the interview. Rishi tries to talk to her but she walks away. Ayush waits near Lakshmi’s house and hopes to see her once. Shalu sees him and blasts him for their treatment of Lakshmi. Ayush says Virendra and he tried to bring Rishi and Lakshmi together but they were helpless. Rishi looks for Lakshmi in the building. He sees Lakshmi inside the cabin. He waits for Lakshmi at the exit. Ayush calls him. Rishi says he is no-one to tell him what to do. Rishi tries to talk to Lakshmi but she ignores him. Rano gets divorce papers made.
Lakshmi tells Rishi he does not even realise the pain he has given her. She says she has realised that whatever she lost was never hers and she should not regret finding out the truth. Rishi apologises to her again and again but she does not relent. Ayush apologises to Rishi and says he loves him and that is why he fights with him. Rano pretends to make nice food for Lakshmi. Preetam asks her what she is planning. He sees the divorce papers. Lakshmi tells Bani not to say anything bad about Virendra, as he always supported her till she was there.
Rano pretends to be worried about Lakshmi and serves her food. Karishma tells Rishi that Lakshmi does not want to come back, but she wants alimony from him. Soniya badmouths Lakshmi so Rishi scolds her. Soniya says Rishi is doing too much and he is becoming a doormat to her. Ayush comforts Rishi in his room and Rishi shares his feelings about Lakshmi. Ayush asks if he does not love her. Rano asks Lakshmi if she is ready to divorce Rishi. Lakshmi is shocked and loses her balance. Preetam and her sisters take her to the rest. Preetam apologises to Lakshmi for not doing enough for them. Preetam warns Rano that he will throw her out of the house if she does not drop the topic of divorce. Rano is determined to take compensation from Rishi.
Rishi sleeps in Ayush’s room as he misses Lakshmi in his room. Lakshmi thinks divorce can separate them legally but their hearts are linked. Soniya says Rishi is fighting for Lakshmi even when she is not there. She says whatever Malishka did was right. Neelam rebukes her for badmouthing Rishi just because she dislikes Lakshmi. Rano reaches Oberoi house in the morning with divorce papers. She says they treated Lakshmi badly, so she wants a divorce and compensation. Virendra and Neelam do not believe her, so she shows Lakshmi’s thumb print on papers, which she got while Lakshmi was sleeping.
Rishi says he will sign the papers but after speaking with Lakshmi. Neelam reminds Rano not to pretend to love Lakshmi as she was happily getting her married to a goon. Neelam and Ayush go to Lakshmi’s house. Neelam asks about Lakshmi, Shalu and Bani. Neelam asks Preetam to call her and tells her to come immediately. Rishi goes to Lakshmi’s office where she has gone for interview. Lakshmi is told to go to HR Manager Vishal’s cabin. She goes to Rishi’s friend Vishal’s cabin where Rishi is having meeting. Lakshmi sits there and fills the form but they do not look at each other. Later they see each other but receptionist comes and tells her that this is not Vishal’s cabin who she had to meet. Lakshmi finally meets HR Manager, Vishal. HR Manager tells Lakshmi that she is a fresher so she will only get a job of record keeping. Lakshmi agrees, so he says she can join straightaway.
