This week, Neelam berates Rishi for trying to marry Malishka. She says she is scared for his life now. Malishka asks Neelam not to make Lakshmi a DEVI, as she saved Rishi’s life when pillar fell on him. Lakshmi tells Shalu and Bani everything. They are shocked but support her. Shalu gets furious at them and says she will not let them get off so easily. Lakshmi stops Shalu and Bani from going there. Malishka tells Rishi that it is good that truth is out in open. Rishi says he is upset because it is a matter of humanity and friendship. Rano tells Lakshmi to go back to Rishi’s house, as it is common in a woman’s life and she cannot feed one more mouth.
Lakshmi and Rishi miss each other. Lakshmi decides she must stay strong for the sake of her sisters. Rano forces Lakshmi to go back to Rishi’s house. Lakshmi resists so Rano says she will throw them out and rent their place. Lakshmi says she will pay the rent more than the market rate. Lakshmi says she will do a job and pay her. Ayush tries to make Rishi realise his mistake but Rishi gets furious at Ayush for blaming him. He says he regretted that Lakshmi saw them, but she did worse to him in return.
Lakshmi goes out to look for a job. Malioshka calls Rishi and tells him that she has planned a surprise for him. Rishi hesitates but Malishka insists that he comes to her at 6 pm. Lakshmi goes for many interviews but gets rejected as she has no experience. Karishma tells Soniya that Neelam has gone to Lakshmi’s house to bring her back, as Pandit ji said Rishi’s life is in danger for next seven days. Lakhsmi sits in a park looking for vacancies. She calls another place where they are looking for interns. Lakshmi agrees to go there even if the salary is less. Some senior citizens are exercising in the park and one of the men gets a heart attack. Lakshmi stops to help him.
Neelam shouts for Lakshmi in Rano’s house and questions Lakshmi’s values. Shalu tells her that she should question Rishi’s values, not Lakshmi’s. Neelam warns Shalu to stay quiet but Shalu says she is just telling the truth. Lakshmi takes the old men to hospital. One of the men gets impressed that she is helping others despite being late for inetrview. He offers her a sales job inn his jewellery store. Neha feels jealous that Lakshmi got a job. Rano says Lakshmi will not go back to Oberoi house but now she will take alimony from them for divorce. Neelam tells Karishma that Malishka lied about saving Rishi. Lakshmi tells Shalu and Bani to support her in moving ahead. She says they will not even talk about Rishi and what happened.
Rishi tells Neelam that it is ok if Lakshmi does not return back and they should let her go. Rano tells Neha that she will blame Oberoi’s of mistreating Lakshmi and say that Lakshmi wants the money. Shalu tells Lakshmi to give herself some time to grieve but Lakshmi says she needs to focus on future. Lakshmi gets ready to go for her job. She calls the store to take the address. The manager tells her that they do not need anyone right now. They are disappointed but Lakshmi says she will go for another interview. Shalu and Bani says they are proud of her.
Rano goes to Oberoi house. She says they tortured Lakshmi, so she wants a divorce and alimony. She says they want 50 percent of their property. Virendra refuses to believe that Lakshmi can ask for divorce or money. Rano says she will take money from them in whichever way and she will not spare them. Lakshmi and Rishi pass each other many times but miss seeing each other. Lakshmi reaches the interview venue. Rishi also comes to the same office.
