At the beginning of the episode, the guest house catches fire from all sides. They all were sleeping peacefully inside the guest house. The next morning Meher came out of the house and saw the gallon and thought who brought it here. Meher was feeling upset as today Sarab and Karan were going back from there. Harleen was watching Meher’s pic with Koul and thinking of motivating Sarab to move on. Sarab took 3 promises from Seher that, she would obey her mother, study well, and if she would visit Amritsar, then she would surely inform him. Sarab was offering money to Meher for all the hospitality, but Meher said I would not take his as we did all the care considering you as a family.
After they left, Seher saw that they left the bottle. Meher took black coffee in it, but Sarab told her that I stopped drinking black coffee after Meher left my life. Meher came back inside and saw Seher in an unconscious state on the floor. Sarab and Karan both were feeling as they left something behind. Koul came with an ambulance and took Seher in that. Karan asked Sarab about the appearance of Meher.
The doctor examined Seher and told Meher that this is because of thalassemia and there is the last option of a bone marrow transplant. The doctor advised Meher to take her to Amritsar as one of my old friends is in a hospital.
Karan and Sarab came back home, Karan said, I going into my room or else Harleen would scold me for my mischievous activities. Karan came across Sarab’s college friend Samaira and considered her as his mother. Then Samaira made Sarab feel down by putting her feet in between his way and made him recall the first day of college when she did the same thing with him. Meher was searching for money in her house for the operation as the doctor said the operation would cost a minimum of 25 Lacks.
Meher was crying as she was not having money for Seher’s operation. Koul came with his property papers to help Meher with the operation. Meher said after selling everything I would not able to collect the amount required for the operation. Meher was crying and panicking telling God not to take such a test. Koul told Meher not to cry as we would find a way. Meher said now I have only one way left.
