At the beginning of the episode, Seher’s condition was getting worse. Param requested Sarab to let him help Seher by donating bone marrow. Sarab said I am worried about your life. Param told him that Seher’s mother saved Karan’s life. Then Sarab decided that Param would give his bone marrow for the operation. The doctor said we cannot pursue it as we don’t have Seher’s guardian signature on the papers. Sarab told him to start the operation as I would arrange everything afterwards. The doctor said rules are rules we can’t start the operation without their permission. Meher heard this and thought now I had to reveal my identity. As Meher was moving towards them Sarab signed the papers by saying I am his father and we would face the other consequences later on. They took Param on the stretcher. Before going Param told the nurse to stay with my father as his hands are shivering.
Sarab was praying to God for kids. Meher was also standing there with a mask on her face. Meher kept her hand on Sarab’s shoulder. Sarab felt as Meher is standing behind but when he turned Samaria was standing there. She told Sarab not to worry everything would go right. Their operation started. Sarab along with Karan and Samaira were praying to God.
Everyone gets to relax when the doctor said that the surgery is successful and the kids are fine. Karan told that he wants to meet Seher and Param. Doctor asks him to meet later. Kaul told Meher that her brother saved her life and asks her not to tell Param about his sister. Meher goes to Param’s room and sits beside him. Param said that he saved Seher in an unconscious state. Meher is crying and hugs him.
Param gains consciousness. Meher apologizes to Param for not being there when he needed the most. Meher said that she always missed him. Meher said that she told Seher everything about them. Meher asks Param that he can take care of her sister from now on as she is his responsibility. The doctor said that Seher and Param are siblings. Kulwant thinks that she will kill two-person now. Meher kisses Seher and talks to her in an unconscious state. Meher said that she can live with their father and brothers now and ask her not to fight with them. Meher asks Seher not to hate them. Sarab comes and notices Meher is crying. Meher asks him that she has also kidded. Meher gets emotional. Param said Seher is his sister from now. Sarab recalls the doctor’s word.
