At the beginning of the episode, Ashwini comes to Bhavani’s room. Bhavani ignores her, Ashwini asks her if she remembers how she took care of Virat when she got pregnant with Virat and how she considered Virat as her own son. She says even after the difference between them, she always kept no partiality between the kids. Bhavani gets up and says she could take care of Ashwini when she was pregnant with Virat as she was in the same house, she says if Virat and Sai choose Pakhi as a surrogate mother, they can take care of Pakhi and her baby.
Pakhi says to Vaishali that the doctor told she is fit to be a mother but cannot lend her womb to Virat and Sai’s baby, she says but she’ll find a way. She says that she will make sure that only she becomes the surrogate and asks Vaishali for help. Vaishali asks who has she become, as her daughter would never do this. Pakhi says to her that she knew that she never loved her. Vaishali asks her not to say that and says she always loves her and will always support her. They hug each other.
Bhavani comes into her room, Pakhi stands nervous thinking she heard their conversation. Bhavani says she is sorry to not be able to convince Virat and Sai to make her a surrogate. Pakhi says to Bhavani that she knows that she tried her best to convince them. She says to Bhavani that she is happy that things between them are back to normal. Bhavani asks her to trust her that she saw the sacrifice Pakhi was making for Chavan family, but didn’t get a chance to prove herself. Bhavani says to Pakhi if she wants anything, she will do it for her. Pakhi says for now she doesn’t want anything, but when she does she will come to her.
Sai keeps an empty photo frame for her upcoming baby. She notices that Virat is nervous and asks if he is nervous. He says a bit. She asks him to remove any nervousness or tension in his mind and trust Ganesh ji and Virat asks how can she be full of positivity, Sai says their love always makes her happy. They come down to the living room, Ashwini feeds them the curd. Ninad asks them to give him good news of becoming a grandfather, Whole family celebrates. Virat and Sai say they are going to the clinic to start the procedure, Pakhi leaves before them, she tells Bhavani that she is going to the temple. Bhavani says to Virat and Sai that she wants to come to the clinic to meet the surrogate mother, Virat says she can come.
At the clinic, Bhavani questions the doctor and asks what if their dreams are broken, and Virat explains what she means. Doctor asks Bhavani not to worry as the embryo is healthy and the surrogate mother is also fit. The doctor says that only the procedure has to be done on time, Sai calls Geeta who says that she is on her way.
