At the beginning of the episode, Sai’s final result has came out. She is so happy to see her results as she ranked first. She shares this news with everyone. Everyone congratulate her and gets happy with her. Virat hugs Sai and says that he is so happy for her. Sonali and Karishma instigates Bhawani against Sai. Sonali says that they thought that Sai will not become doctor but today she is celebrating like she is going to become a doctor. Bhawani ask everyone to stop this drama. She says that this is enough. She ask Sai to go and make breakfast for Virat and Pulkit.
She takes that marksheet from and about to tear it. Sai stops her. Virat ask Bhawani to give that to Sai because she has the right to keep this with her. Bhawani says that she wasn’t going to tear this marksheet, she says that her marksheet is very helpful because one can serve bhelpuri in it. Mohit says that he thought that Bhawani has accepted that Sai can become doctor. Ashwini tells Bhawani that she knows she don’t like woman to work outside the house but she request her to let Sai become a doctor.

Virat comes and says sorry to her father. Sai says that he don’t need to say sorry. She says that now he needs to think what is he going to do tomorrow because from tomorrow onwards her internship is going to start. she tells him that he asked her to not say anything to anyone so she was silent. She ask him to tell the truth to everyone now. Virat says that tomorrow after the pooja he will tell everyone about their truth. He says that for tomorrow he will do something. Then next day, Virat and Sai goes downstairs. Bhawani ask them where are they going?
He says that they are going for shopping. He says that his friend is getting married and they have to attend his wedding. He says that he wants Sai to look perfect that’s why he is taking her to the shopping. Bhawani says okay. He ask him wher is the wedding. He says in Raipur. Bhawani ask Sai to come on time. She says okay. After they left, Bhawani ask Karishma and Pakhi to do the preparations because it is helpful for Sai. Pakhi goes away from there. Virat drops Sai at her internship.
