In the beginning of the episode, Pakhi says to Sai that the person she is asking to move on from is Samrat. Sai says that she knows that if Samrat would be here he would also want her to be happy, and move on. Pakhi says that the way she is saying all of this it feels like she wants her out of the house. Sai says that she just wants herself and Virat to move on as they have faced a lot of problems since they lost their child, and don’t want anyone’s interference in taking the decision.
Pakhi says to Sai that she can see that she is upset at her for what she said downstairs, but then she said it in the best interest of her and Virat. Pakhi says then she should also be upset, as she is asking her to move on with someone when she is in love with Samrat. Sai says that she doesn’t want her to pretend to like her, when she doesn’t. Pakhi says that she used to not like her but now she understands her and asks her mother to tell Sai that she always wishes good for her. Pakhi’s mom agrees to Pakhi, Sai says to Pakhi that she is thankful for her care but she should never interfere in her and Virat’s matters.
Vaishali says to Pakhi to stop pretending that she loves Samrat, as she clearly doesn’t and is after Virat. Pakhi says that she was upset that Sai came here, but now she is glad that Sai did as she gave her an idea. Vaishali asks her what she is thinking, Pakhi says that she can’t interfere, but she knows someone who can talk on her behalf. Meanwhile, in the hospital Sai saves a patient who suffers in an accident, and his wife thanks Sai. Later the nurse and the patient’s wife talk, and she prays that Sai gets all the happiness.
Bhavani and Sonali discuss between themselves who they can choose for surrogacy. Bhavani says she wants someone who is of their caste and remains in the family so nothing is found outside. Pakhi comes there and says that she is ready to grow Virat and Sai’s child inside of her. Bhavani asks Pakhi if she will do this, and Pakhi says for the happiness of the family she will. Bhavani hugs Pakhi.
Virat comes and picks up Sai from the office, and brings her flowers. Sai receives a call from Karishma, she tells Virat they have to reach home quickly as Bhavani wants to talk to them. All the family gathers in the hall, Bhavani says that she found the person who’ll give their womb. Sai says how she was able to find a woman so quickly, Bhavani says the woman was in front of her and the other daughter-in-law of the house and says it’s Pakhi.
