In the beginning of the episode, Virat tries to call Sai but she doesn’t pick up. Sai remains fainted by the attack of the goons. Virat gets upset, Pakhi arrives there and Virat gets shocked seeing her there. Pakhi says that Bhavani called her and told that Geeta didn’t come for the procedure. Pakhi says that she came with her file, and then, Virat says that Sai isn’t here and he can’t take the decision alone. Bhavani comes there and says to Virat that Pakhi is the best option for them. The nurse tells Virat that the doctor is calling him.
Sai gains consciousness and looks for her purse and thinks what will she call Virat and she is running out of time. Her head aches and she feels blood, she says to herself that no matter what today she will fulfill her and Virat’s dream of the baby. She tears her saree’s pallu and wraps it around her head. She feels a little dizzy but gathers courage to go look for Geeta’s house. Meanwhile, Virat comes out of the doctor’s office thinking to himself that he just has 30 minutes.
Bhavani says to Virat that he doesn’t need to think so much, as even after everything that Sai said to Pakhi she is still willing to give her womb. Virat says but it doesn’t matter as he can’t talk to Sai about it and without her permission they can’t go forward. Pakhi says that after everything he still is thinking of Sai’s permission over his dream of a kid. Virat says nothing, Bhavani says now Sai will not have a say as she is not here and switches her phone off as well.
Virat calls his officer and asks him to look for Sai, Virat goes to the doctor’s cabin who tells him not to blame her if the procedure doesn’t happen as they are delaying the procedure. Bhavani comes there, and the doctor asks if Geeta is here. Bhavani says yes, and Virat sees Pakhi pretending to be Geeta. He gets a call from the officer informing that her phone got stolen, and he says to Bhavani that he is going to look for Sai. Pakhi gets in the patient’s robe and smirks that she finally got what she wanted.
Meanwhile, Sai arrives outside Geeta’s house and knocks. Nobody opens, Geeta says to her husband that they should tell Sai why they are not coming to the hospital but he stops her. She breaks down outside the house door, Geeta’s son sees Sai and asks his parents to open the door. Geeta lets her in and tells that she can’t become as her life will be risked as she has been told by the nurse who came from the hospital.
Upcoming- Sai and Geeta arrive at the hospital. Sai asks where is Virat as he eased him to get the procedure started as she is bringing Geeta with her. Bhavani says they don’t need Geeta anymore as Pakhi has been through the procedure. Sai remains shocked.
