One of Asia s Biggest Film Festivals – 53rd International Film Festival of India (IFFI2022) had a grand closing ceremony in Goa and Celebrity talk show / Actor Karan Singh Chhabra was seen hosting the prestigious red carpet with Filmmakers / Actors from different countries across the world.
From Indian Cinema, the actor interacted with guests like Akshay Kumar, Aayushmann Khurana, Rana Daggupati, Esha Gupta , Manushi Chillar, Khusbu Sundar among others.
Known for his comic timing and spontaneity the actor made Aayushmann Khurana, Manushi Chillar , Esha Gupta and other guests play fun Rapid fires and an Emoticon Game where they had to enact his statements only by their expressions.
From the world of Politics and Bureaucrats, the Host asked some fun and interesting Cinema related questions to Honourable Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Anurag Thakur , The Chief Minister of the state of Goa Pramod Sawant and Mr. Ravinder Bhakar , Managing Director , NFDC amongst others.
On being asked Karan Stated, “It is indeed an honour to be selected by the Govt. Of India and Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for hosting at this prestigious international event and I tried my level best to keep up the fun quotient at the red carpet” On being asked which celebrity asked him most witty question he says, “Akshay Kumar paaji pulled my leg and said “Tu hamesha mere saath crorepati game kyun khelta hai?” And Ayushman Khurana said that in Goa he never wore so many clothes and I couldn’t stop laughing. The sense of humour of Akshay Kumar and Ayushman Khurana is amazing and I would like to do a comedy film as an actor with them”. For the uninitiated Karan is a well known host and was appreciated for his role in Tamanna bhatia ‘s Babli Bouncer recently”
