At the beginning of the episode, Pragya says that Tanu is doing all this to take revenge from us. Tanu says she don’t have any confession because I haven’t say anything and she is saying all this because she is also involved. Pragya says I had the confession and also I have the witness who is ready to certify that the voice in the confession is of Tanu. Then Tanu’s lawyer show the divorce paper of Abhi and Pragya in the court and says that they are not married. Pragya says these papers were signed but after this we get married again. But she don’t have leagal papers of her marriage.
Tanu’s lawyer says I think she is lying and we should not even consider her the wife of Abhi. Then Mr. Raghuveer suddenly comes and he is injured and says Pragya is not lying. He tells the judge that while leaving from his house some people attacked him but a man helps him who is a doctor so that’s Why I’m able to come to the court. Tanu’s lawyer show the video as a proof against Abhi that he is raping Tanu. Then Ranbir gives the certificate of the doctor in court. Raghuveer says that this certificate certifies that my client’s mental state is not stable and he cannot rape or even tease someone at that time.
They also have the doctor to testify the reports. The doctor says at that he is suffering from child syndrome and I’m 100 percent sure about this. Then Tanu’s lawyer somehow proves that it is possible that in that mental state also he can do rape. The court announces its verdict against Abhi and make him guilty of rape of Tanu.
Raghuveer says to judge that please consider my situation and grant me some time in my defense. To which judge agrees and says I’ll give three days and the next hearing will be after three days. He also ask for the bail of Abhi and the judge also grants the bail to Abhi. Pragya receives the call from the watchman and says due to short circuit the house is burnt. Pragya tell this to Abhi then he says that’s not a big problem we will shift to farmhouse and aslo we will enjoy there.
Pragya collides with Tanu and she stops her. Tanu says my contract killer just made a mistake that he could not kill your lawyer but the judge he will not do any kind of mistake. And after three days he announces his judgment in favour of me. She says your lawyer has come here but he will not be able to prove the Abhi’s innocence. Pragya says that truth can’t be defeated. Tanu says who told you this, there are lots of people in jail who are not guilty but still they are being punished because they are not able to prove their innocence and also because of lace of evidence. She says se will happen with Abhi.
