At the beginning of the episode, the judge says that the CCTV footage proves that Preeta came into the house at 7:30 pm. And he asks everyone to see this footage. Then the lawyer tells Siddhart that this footage can also be fake. Siddhart then says that he has another proof with the help of which he can prove that Preeta is innocent. He asks Ruchika and Megha to join the court proceedings.
But then they find out that Megha and Ruchika disappear. Srishti goes out to find them. She also calls Megha and Ruchika but their phone is off. Karan then asks Srishti what happened.
