At the beginning of the episode, Manu asks why she is buying sweets from locals for Kabir. He might not like them. Uma says he is a very grounded person that’s why she feels that he will our local sweet. Someone was keeping an eye on them. Uma tells Manu to go home and arrange for dinner. Manu said fine but don’t get late. After a while, a stranger came in front of Uma and ask for 50 thousand rupees. Uma says she doesn’t know him. He tells her that he is a ward boy of that hospital where she came with her daughter for an abortion. Uma get’s shocked and leaves the bag. Kabir was making sweets for the NGO children. Kishore asks them not to help as he can manage on his own. Katha says still they want to help him. Kabir asks them to cut dry fruits and toothy fruit. Katha gets a vomiting sensation and feels dizzy. Kabir brings water for her and gives her a slice of lemon. Katha feels better and thanks to him.
Kishore was telling Fatima that everyone in the bakery love’s Kabir. Fatima say Katha is also loved by everyone in the NGO. Kishore says that’s why it’s a good Jodi. Fatima asks what? Kishore changes the topic by saying he is talking about the work union. Ward boy asks 50 thousand to keep Katha pregnancy secret. Uma leaves saying she don’t have enough money. Uma ran from there and hides behind a tree. That ward boy came following her. He shouted that he will tell everyone about Katha pregnancy if she don’t give him the money. Uma was praying to god hiding behind a tree. She manages to escape in taxi from there. The ward boy runs after the taxi.
The children’s were happy to eat the cake. Katha praised Kabir and say they are ready to work with him. Kishore gives a box of cakes for Manu. Fatima was talking to Katha. Kishore tells Kabir that nowadays people like her are no more. Katha gives him a gift made by kids. Kabir said he will keep it forever.
Colony people saw Uma panicking and ask if she is fine. Uma said everything is fine and left from there. She thought everyone loves Katha like her daughter and what if they got to know about her pregnancy. Uma came back home and pulled all the curtains. She tells Manu about that ward boy. Manu said how anyone can threaten us like this. Someone knocks on the door. Uma tells her not to open the door. Manu said there might be Kabir and Katha. She opens the door and the ward boy gets inside the house. He blackmails them that he will make noise and tell everyone about her daughter’s pregnancy. Uma was begging him not to do this she will arrange the money.
Kabir came there and beats that ward boy. The ward boy asks who is he? Kabir says bad news for him. The ward boy misbehaves with Uma. Katha warns him if he speaks anything bad for Uma. The ward boy pulled Katha’s scarf but Kabir saves her.
