At the beginning of the episode, Preeti takes Purti to her house. She makes her sit on the bed. Purti goes to sleep. KT comes there. He holds Preeti. He asks Preeti why she wanted to use her as their surrogate mother. He says she is a liar and even drinks a lot. He says still you believe her. Preeti says I belives her because she is a good girl. KT says I don’t think so. He says she will cheat us. Preeti says you’re wrong, she will never cheat us because she herself suffered from a lot of betrayals. Preeti tells him that once Purti told her that when she was married her husband used to beat her. Preeti says a girl like Purti who suffered a lot will never betrayal us.

Later Preeti gets a medical report of Purti and gives this good news to KT and Purti that she can become their surrogate mother. Preeti tells Purti that they need to go to the hospital tomorrow. On the other hand, Neil says to Priyanka that she wanted him to say sorry to her in front of all so he will today do the same. He goes to Kusala and Sneha who are talking about Preeti’s diet chart. Kusala asks Sneha to make it more carefully as Preeti is an old woman so she needs to eat more good food to deliver a healthy child. Sneha says you need not to worry I will take full care of Preeti’s daily diet. Kusala smiles. Neil then says to them that he wants to say something to them. They call Neil “Jorukagulam”. Priyanka gets shocked. She taunts them. Neil asks her to calm down. Priyanka says you’re a coward. She leaves from there. Neil looks on. There, Purti is buying eggs then she notices KT is coming towards her. Purti asks him what are you doing here. KT says I need your help. Purti says I won’t help you. KT says but I need your help for Preeti. Purti says fine then I help you. KT then tells her how Preeti is hiding something from him so I need you to go to her and asks her what is wrong with Preeti. Purti says okay, I will do it. Later, Doctor asks Preeti to tell KT about her health. Preeti recalls how she and KT used to spend a good time so she can’t give him pain. She says to the doctor that she herself will handle this stuff. After a while, KT and Purti come to the hospital. They meet Preeti there. Preeti asks Purti to get ready for the checkup. Purti says I don’t wanna do this, it is so scary. On the other hand, Kusala also has arrived at the hospital to get some files that contain their 45 years old secret. There, Preeti is about to tell Purti her truth but KT’s phone rings and Preeti sees him so gets silent. Episode end.
