At the beginning of the episode, Sant and others ask Virat to open the door. Virat becomes dangerous for Heer. He pushes her here and there. Heer asks him to stop. Sant and Akshay break the door. They notice that Virat is harming Heer. Akshay holds Virat before he can do anything to Heer. Virat asks them to leave me. He says that this girl killed my Heer thus I will kill her. Heer says you need not to worry I will kill my self. She takes some steps. She stands at the top of the window wall. Akshay asks Heer to stop. Heer asks him to stay away from this. Heer then looks into Virat’s eyes and says I am going Virat. She is about to jump but Akshay holds her.
Heer’s eyes are closed so she thinks that Virat has saved her. She smiles and says I know you will save me Virat. But then she stands shocked seeing Akshay. She asks him to leave me. Akshay says no. He takes her along with him. While Heer says I will cure you Virat. Later Akshay put medicine on Heer’s injury. He asks her if she has gone mad. Heer says no, I did wrong with Virat thus I deserved it. She says I cared about other people and left my love alone, I made a huge mistake, I should not leave him back then. But now I will repay for my mistakes and help Virat. Then she goes in front of God. She lights the lamp and asks God to help her. Isha hears her. She becomes restless somehow.
Then she goes to Parmeet. Who is sitting on a chair while thinking how can we cure Virat? Isha disturbs her thoughts. She says that Heer will not leave Virat then what will I do? Parmeet says you need not worry I will throw Heer out once Virat becomes normal. Heer and Akshay hear it. Akshay asks Heer If she doesn’t mind their words. Heer answers in no. Akshay looks on. She says because no one will able to accept a kinnar as a daughter-in-law and that is so normal for me. She adds only Virat didn’t mind my kinnar identity which makes me happy a lot and I only care about him. Akshay says okay. He then asks Heer if she will be friends with him. She says fine with smiles. Then Akshay says that you can be a girl with the help of medical and I will help in it. Heer says if that is true, I can become a woman and have a normal life. Akshay says yes. Heer becomes happy. She goes to God and thanks to God for showing her path. She says she is ready for this. Episode end.
