At the beginning of the episode Thapki returns her Jewellery to Purab which was given to her by his family. She says that she can’t stay in a house where no one loves her and respect her. She tells him that now he can go as now he is free and can return back to his life. Thapki’s mother listens everything and cries. When Purab is leaving Thapki’s mother shouts his name. Everyone is shocked because after a long time she speaked. She ask him to stay and suddenly falls unconscious. Purab goes and holds her.
They take her to the hospital. Thapki’s mamiji ask doctor is she alright. Doctor says that she has listened something because of which she is reacted in this way. He says that her blood pressure got high and they need to do the surgery right now to avoid complications. Thapki gets tensed. Purab ask the doctor to start the surgery and he pays for it. Thapki goes to Mandir and says that she don’t want to lose her mother. She says that she needs her. On the other hand, Veena is waiting for Purab. She ask Vinod why Purab is taking so much time.
Vinod says that her son is different from her. He maybe staying there to help Thapki. Veena says that she didn’t let this happen. She says that Thapki can’t be her daughter in law. Thapki tells Purab that why did her mother has taken his name. She says that he she might have listened their conversation and again get a shock. She tells him that she will return him all his money. Purab says that he helped her and he don’t anything back. He says that he knows that they don’t have any relation but that doesn’t mean he don’t have any humanity.
Then doctor comes and says that there is no need to worry. Purab sees that Thapki’s mamiji is taunting Thapki. Purab stops her and says that they should support Thapki in her hard time. Thapki is sitting on a chair. Purab gives tea to Thapki and ask her to drink it. Thapki started feeling sleepy. Purab puts blanket on her and let her sleep. Doctor says that Thapki’s mother wants to meet someone. Doctor ask him to don’t says anything stressful to her. Purab goes inside. Their Thapki’s mother tells him that she knows that he came here to leave Thapki permanently.
