At the beginning of the episode, Veena asks Purab is he doing all this to make her feel low? He says that everything isn’t about you. He says that he brings Thapki home because she is the daughter-in-law of this house. He says that he also has thinking and according to it whatever he is doing is right. Purab says that if anyone has a problem with his decision then they can tell him. Purab’s father and Amma say that they don’t have any problem with Thapki. Armaan’s mother and Priya also say that they don’t have any problem with Thapki.
Veena says that now for everyone that Thapki become more important than her. She says that she can sacrifice music from her life but she will never accept Thapki. Purab goes to his room and listens that Thapki is crying in the washroom. He ask her to stop crying and made a joke to make her laugh. Thapki comes out of the washroom and asks him why he is doing all this? He doesn’t tell her anything and says that this is what he wants to do that’s why he is doing all this.
Purab’s grandmother takes Purab to her room. She says that it seems like Thapki is the one who will fill colors in his life. She says that he is doing the right thing. Later, Purab asks Thapki to take care of the respect of this family. He asks him to put her clothes in the cupboard. He says that now 50 percent of this room belongs to her. Purab listens to old songs while sleeping. Thapki says that she also likes old songs. Then they both go to sleep. Thapki sleeps on the sofa.
The next day when Thapki wakes up, she Listens to Veena doing rihas. Purab’s grandmother stops Thapki and tells her that she doesn’t have any problem with her. She tells her that she is perfect. She says that Veena is tough, but it’s not that difficult to melt her heart. She says that once Veena started liking her she will love her so much. Thapki says that she will do everything to make Veena happy. Purab’s grandmother asks Thapki to make tea for everyone. Thapki goes to serve Tea to Veena. She sees that she is doing Rihas. Priyanka comes and tells her to put the tea on the table and come back outside without saying anything.
