My day starts with music and even ends with it. I can’t imagine not listening to songs through the day. I’m a hopeless romantic, and songs just make me feel amazing at all times. My favourite songs are ‘Tu aisa kaise hai’ by Osho Jain and ‘When I’m with you’ by JJ Heller.

Music always calms me down, it helps me to reflect. It connects me with myself. I love all kinds of music so it’s difficult to select only two songs, but having said that Leonard Cohen’s ‘Susanne’ and Don McLean’s ‘Falling through time’ have been my all time favourite and have stayed with me since I was 16 years old.

Music has the power to really change the vibration. I always try to listen to music which has lyrics which are positive. I feel that it affects your mood and your vibration frequency. I think music has a way of resetting your entire vibe. I love this song ‘Gilehriyaan’ from Dangal and ‘Qaafirana’ from Kedarnath which I’m listening to these days. I listen to a lot of different kinds of music but these have been on my playlist.

Music is one of the most important parts of my life. I frequently go and listen to music, it’s one of those things that makes me feel happy and good about myself and helps me to detach myself from all the stress, mental pressure which I have during my work. Since I also love dancing, I’m really connected to music. Especially Arijit Singh songs and Shreya Ghoshal songs. I think music is something that really calms your mind. Whenever I have to workout or cook or do anything in my daily routine I tune into any of the songs. I have this wireless earbuds of mine and that is constantly there wherever I go. Music improves your concentration and also uplifts your mood when you are sad or not feeling good. I think Janam Janam by Arijit Singh and Rhythm Divine by Enrique some of Shakira songs like Hips Don’t Lie, all of these are my all time favourite.
