At the beginning of the episode, Sirat told Kartik that I would do anything for you as you helped me a lot by paying the medical fee for my Dadi. Kartik was hesitating I saying Sirat to come along with him to Kiarav but suddenly Nurse came with a prescription and told them to bring a few medicines. While they were going to the medical store Sirat was telling Kartik that I am very much worried about Dadi so I would not leave her alone. At the medical store, the medicines were not available so he said I would send them soon after they came in stock. Kartik thought now I should request her to come along with me. Kartik saw Sirat was tieing the wishing thread for Dadi. Kartik also did the same. After that Kartik was telling Sirat to come along with me as Kairav is not well but Sirat was not able to understand anything as she was about to faint.
Manish called Kartik and informed him that Kairav condition is getting worse and the doctor said it’s is necessary to bring that girl. After the call disconnected Sirat fainted. Kartik picked her and made her sit in the car. After few time Sirat regained her consciousness and figured out that Kartik is taking her to Udaipur. Sirat was forcing Kartik to stop the car as Dadi needs me. Kartik was not stopping the car. Sirat said now I got to know why you helped me.
Kartik and Sirat reached the hospital. Sirat was not willing to go anywhere as he brought her with informing her. Kartik was requesting Sirat to come along with me but she was not willing to go anywhere. Kartik saw Manish was calling him so he went upstairs to see Kairav. Kartik went there and acknowledged them that Sirat is not coming as I requested her a lot.
Sirat was looking for the bus to go back to her Dadi. Kartik started acting madly for Kairav. All were looking from the window. Sirat was cursing Kartik and his family for troubling her every time. Kairav lost his breath and doctors were trying to give him shocks but he was not responding. Suddenly Sirat came there and started telling Kairav to wake up. Kairav was not responding at all. After a while, Kairav regained his breath and opened his eyes. Everyone was very happy to see him in consciousness. Riya was feeling an insecure a little bit. Then Sirat left from there.
