At the beginning of the episode, Sirat was remembering her past when she was waiting for her mother and she didn’t come. Kartik came to Sirat and apologized to her for bringing her to the hospital without her permission. Sirat also apologized to him for not cooperating and shouting at him. Sirat said I can understand the pain of seeing someone in the hospital.
Dadi gets to know that Kartik had paid 7 lacks for Sirat’s Dadi operation. Manish was standing behind and heard everything. Kartik was talking to himself that how could make Kairav understand that her mother is not alive. Sirat came to Kartik and said now I had to leave as Dadi would be waiting for me. Kartik arranged ye car for her and sent her. Before leaving Kartik requested Sirat to come back for a few days as Kiarav would recover soon if you would be there with him. Sirat told him that I will be back and state for a few days with him. Sirat praised Kartik for being a good father. Sirat left in the car.
Kartik came inside and told them to go home and rest. Kartik informed them that Sirat went back to her Dadi and she would return back after a few days. Swarna told Manish to ask a doctor if we could take Kairav with us.
The next day Sirat was confused about how to go there as she was not willing to go there leaving Dadi back. Dadi told her not to think much and go there. Sirat told Rohan to take care of her and not to bring any fast food for her.
Kartik was standing in front of Naira’s photo frame. Suddenly Kairav asked him that why are you putting flowers over there as his sent her back to us. Kairav hugged Kartik for bringing her mother back. Dadi was telling Swarna to take care of everyone as Sirat would be staying with us for a few days. Riya was feeling jealous as Sirat was coming to this house. Riya thought of doing something soon.
Everyone was rejoicing and enjoying Vasant Panchami. They were flying kites also. Dadi said it’s better than Naksh didn’t come here because how would he behave after seeing Sirat. Dadi prayed to God for keeping everything properly. Kairav was waiting for her mother. Dadi informed everyone that if today accidentally Varmala goes and fells on anyone then their bond becomes strong. After few time A Varmala went and fell on Sirat. Everyone saw Sirat came with her Dadi and a lot of stuff with her.
