In the beginning of the episode, Akshu comes to Suhasini’s room. She says to Akshu that she is fine and wants to know what happened between her and Abhimanyu. Akshu tells her everything, she then says to her that she and Abhimanyu need to spend time together to know each other well. She says that she doesn’t know when the misunderstandings started. Suhasini says that she and Abhimanyu didn’t get the chance to know each other, they fell in love and got married. Manish says to Kairav outside, that Suhasini is right and it’s Akshu’s decision to take.
Abhimanyu in the office sees Rohan calling Akshu’s name, and he asks her to mute the call. He then says to Rohan that he is talking on the phone at official hours. He says that he is talking to Akshu, and gets upset at Rohan who starts crying. Rohan hands the phone to Abhimanyu and says that they can talk to each other and then he can give him the phone back. Akshu says to Abhimanyu that Rohan was making the call for the kid, he says he didn’t know. She says to him that he needs to then know everything before making a decision.
Mahima tells Anand and Harshwardhan that the board of directors is asking to reopen the music department. Anand says he doesn’t think this is the right decision. Mahima says after the recent incidents they have lost the trust of a lot of their investors, so they can’t challenge the decision. Meanwhile, Akshu comes out of the kitchen and sees Mahima there. Mahima tells Akshu that she has brought papers for her to sign, as the hospital is starting the music therapy department again.
She says that she is here to give her the first offer, Akshu says she doesn’t want to join. Mahima says that she is leaving the papers and she has the responsibility of the house and hospital. Kairav after Mahima leaves says that they have some selfish motive as before Mahima was the one who said they don’t interfere in their family members’ matters. Akshu has flashbacks of Suhasini telling her to handle things according to her.
Abhimanyu runs towards the department when he sees the board, and falls with Akshu on the ground. He then stands and holds her hand, and removes the plate outside the department with music written. He comes to Mahima and Anand’s office and asks them why Akshu is back, they say he has developed a habit of questioning their decision. Akshu says that she accepted the offer as she thought she could help patients here in the hospital.
Upcoming- Mr. Bijouria gave Akshu Abhimanyu an invitation to the party. Both of them j the canteen think about how to ask the other about the party.
