In the beginning of the episode, A man comes to Akshu’s office and he misbehaves, she tells him that she is not the one to treat him and asks him to leave. He holds her hand and Akshu tries to get out of the hold, Abhimanyu comes there. He stops him and asks him to get away from his wife and not be found around the hospital again. But, he sneaks inside and Abhimanyu goes after him, he goes to the gas cylinders store room and lights it up. Everything catches fire in the block, Abhimanyu and Akshu get the patients out of there.
Abhimanyu comes outside and asks where Akshu is? Everyone feels clueless. Rohan says that he found that Akshu went behind him, Abhimanyu rushes back inside. He takes his t-shirt and covers his face, while Akshu screams his name and feels short of breath. He looks for her and then sees her stuck in a ward, he breaks the door and gets to her and calms her. Meanwhile, Manjuri comes down the stairs and tells Harshwardhan that the hospital is stuck in fire.
They rush to the hospital, Harshvardhan asks Neil where Abhimanyu and Akshu are and if they have called the fire department. Neil tells them that Abhimanyu and Akshu are stuck inside, and they’ve called the fire department. Harshwardhan thinks to himself that it isn’t a kids cup of tea to handle the workings of the hospital and someone has conspired against them.
Akshu scolds Abhimanyu for coming after him as she would have come out, he says she was the one who came after him first. He says she would have left him in between the fire, she says no. She says to him that she lost the bracelet and he shows it to her and then, He puts it on her wrist. They then hide beneath a bench and solve their issues and hug each other. Meanwhile the Fire department reaches there, and Abhimanyu says to Akshu that things will be okay as the rescue team is here. Akshu says to Abhimanyu that she was wrong and he isn’t anything like Harshwardhan. Abhimanyu says to Akshu that he is lucky that she married him.
A staff comes and informs them that they found the culprit and the security is holding him, everyone gets shocked that somebody did the fire on purpose. The staff says that Abhimanyu beat the man in the morning, Harshvardhan says he is gone for 4 days and the management of the hospital has gone bad. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu and Akshu try to get away from the fire but Akshu falls unconscious from the smoke. Abhimanyu picks her up on his shoulder.
Upcoming- Mahima tells everyone that Akshu is stable. Manjuri asks about Abhimanyu, Anand says he isn’t good. Akshu comes to Abhimanyu ward and asks him to wake for her as it’s his permanent patient and cries.
