In the beginning of the episode, Abhimanyu brings Akshu out of the fire on his shoulder. While the family gets worried, Abhimanyu drops Akshu outside the department and then falls unconscious himself. Everyone gathered around them, trying to wake them up. Manjuri cries and asks them to open their eyes, they are taken to wards and treated. Goenka’s also arrive there and stand outside the ward. Mahima treats Akshu with the assistance of Arohi, while Anand treats Abhimanyu with Parth. Manjuri says that Abhimanyu and Akshu will be fine, Neil says that they will be fine as Mahima and Anand are treating them.
Manish and Kairav pray to god for Abhimanyu and Akshu, Harshwardhan leaves from there and goes to the burnt department he has flashbacks of the way he handled the hospital’s. Neil comes there and says tk him that everything will be fine, he says that his hospital is in this situation with all his efforts. Neil says only the equipment has been affected, not the patients and takes him out of there. Meanwhile, Akshu and Abhimanyu gain consciousness and ask for each other.
Mahima and Anand come outside. Mahima tells everyone that Akshu is stable. Manjuri asks about Abhimanyu, Anand says he isn’t good. Manjuri breaks down, Mahima sits beside her and says that he shouldn’t worry as Abhimanyu will be well as he is a fighter and Anand is what he is as he loves Abhimanyu and is the most fond of him. Anand says it’s true that Abhimanyu is his favourite, and if today Abhimanyu doesn’t gain consciousness he will leave practice.
Akshu comes outside asking for Abhimanyu, Mahima asks Arohi how did Akshu leave the bed. Arohi says that she wasn’t aware that Akshu gained consciousness and heard that Abhimanyu isn’t well. Parth says that they should let Akshu go to Abhimanyu as he will feel well if he sees Akshu, and Anand agrees.
Akshu goes to Abhimanyu’s ward and asks him to wake for her sake as it’s his permanent patient and cries.
She says to him that the whole family is waiting for him and Manjuri is growing worried and he should wake for the family. She says he should at least wake to scold Rohan, Akshu says she will get angry at him if he doesn’t wake up and then hugs him. Anand and Mahima see Abhimanyu move and say to each other if he gains consciousness then he’ll be out of danger. Abhimanyu hugs Akshu and she sees him awake, the family comes inside. Anand says to them that they saved everyone’s life in the hospital and he’s proud of them.
Upcoming- Suvarna says to Manjuri that Akshu’s first teej is also coming so they should prepare, she says first she will welcome Akshu to the house properly. Abhimanyu while signing the papers struggles, and at the Birla house Akshu receives a grihapravesh.
