In the beginning of the episode, Sirat completes the vat savitri puja. Kartik tells Ranveer that Sirat didn’t just tie up a new thread to the old one she also didn’t give up on you. Kartik says he has to try to live for Sirat. Ranveer says he’ll try and tell Sirat about his health. Kartik then tells him to not say it here but at home.
Seerat comes there and trips when Kartik saves her from falling Ranveer sees that. Sirat then tells Ranveer about how she added a thread to the finishing one. She tells Ranveer that she will fight for everything to be good towards him. She promises to be a good wife. Sirat gives prasad to Ranveer and then they hug. She goes and after a moment returns when Ranveer and kartik are still talking about the hospital. She stands stunt to convince them that she has overhead them but fails. Kartik tells Ranveer that tell her as soon as possible it would be better for everyone.
Sirat sits with maudi. Maudi tells Sirat that she is a good wife and is fulfilling all her duties. Sirat says she might be becoming a good wife but she is failing to become a good daughter in law. She then says that the drift between Narendranath and Ranveer is because of her and she wants to do something to help the father-son duo to patch up. Maudi says she can only do as much as she has in her control so not feel bad for that. Sirat brings a burger for Maudi. Maudi then tells Sirat that they failed to go on a honeymoon before so now they should go as everything is better.
Narendranath at home is scolding a house help as he dropped one of Ranveer’s trophy. Ranveer tells him that it’s not a good look that he is scolding the servant for the trophy while he is hurting him. Narendranath says that later on when he becomes a father he’ll realize that nothing is a bigger responsibility than taking care of the well-being of his child. Ranveer tells Narendra Nath to patch up with Sirat before his eyes. Narendranath says he would never forgive Sirat as she has put his son through a lot. Ranveer leaves him alone.
Ranveer in his room is practicing to give Sirat a gift and then confess. Kartik in his room is using Google when Swarna and Manish enter the room he shuts the laptop. They tell Kartik they can come later if he is doing something important. Kartik says he just got stunt as he was alone. Swarna takes out photos from an envelope. Kartik stops her and says if they are here for marriage proposal it’s not necessary because he is not getting married.
Kartik gets off the phone with the doctor. He again imagines Naira. He tells Naira that the doctor he was speaking to was his last hope for Ranveer and he is failing again to save a life. He tells Naira that he thought if he would be able to save Ranveer some of his pain would be washed. Naira tells him that he could only try but what is destined to happen, will happen and nobody can stop it. Kartik tells Naira that he is worried how Ranveer would tell Sirat the truth. Naira replies it is truly hard to tell the one you love to forget all of the promises they made to each other and start a new life.
Ranveer goes looking for Sirat and he finds her in the garden where she has planned a surprise date for them. Ranveer and Sirat dance. Kartik is still calling and looking for doctors for Ranveer. Ranveer gives Sirat the gift. Sirat praises the gift and says it’s one of the best she has got. Then she closes her eyes and says that from all of the spinning around her head is moving. When she opens her eyes she finds Ranveer fainted.
Upcoming- the doctor tells Sirat that Kartik already knew about Ranveer’s health. Sirat gets very upset with Kartik and screams at him that how could he hide it from her when he always told her that she was his friend.
