At the beginning of the episode, Meher was very close to Param but a nurse took him with her. Meher told Koul that he is my son. Meher acknowledged Koul that when Param was small he used to tell me that one want my small sister and unluckily now I can’t even tell him about her sister.
Bittu and Rana went to Kulwant to inform her that a small girl gets into the Gill mansion and fainted in front of Sarab due to which engagement stopped as Sarab took that girl to the hospital. Kulwant was thinking that something is wired in this as Sarab went in between of his engagement for a strange girl.
On a request, a nurse gave one hospital uniform to Meher. Kulwant went to the hospital to find out information about Seher. Suddenly Param saw her and said I missed you and your hand made sweets too much. Kulwant got emotional seeing him and recalled past memories with Param. Then Kulwant thought I could get distracted from my goal. Kulwant asked him about that girl whom Sarab brought here. Karan pointed towards a nurse and said she is going to that girl. Kulwant followed that nurse. Kulwant saw Seher and remember that she saw this girl in Kashmir. Kulwant was thinking that what is the relationship between them.
Meher was standing there in a nurse costume with a mask. Sarab came there and told the doctor not to worry about any expense. The doctor said we need bone marrow which is very rare as there are siblings of her. Sarab went out and called Robbie to arrange a bone marrow for Seher. Param heard this and said I would help her as my mother once said we should come forward to help if someone is in Need.
Param was getting injected and Meher was panicking standing over there. Param saw her and thought this nurse is giving the same reaction as Meher use to give when I get injections. Param told her that she looks very similar to my mother. Meher hugged her. Sarab came over there and asked Param what you are doing? Param told Sarab that Param gave his blood sample.
Harleen got angry on Sarab for worrying for others too much. Harleen was about to go to the hospital and stop Param from donating his bone marrow. Samaira told her to wait I would go to him. Kulwant gave a bribe to a nurse for getting all the inside information.
Samaira was requesting Sarab to eat anything but he was not in a mood. The doctor came and told Sarab that Param samples got matched with Seher and he can be the donor. Sarab was confused about what to do as Param is very young. A nurse came to the doctor and said Seher’s condition is getting worse. The doctor shifted her to the emergency ward and asked Sarab to make a decision soon.
