At the beginning of the episode, Bhawani opens the gate and sees that her guest has arrived. She is shocked to see them because she thought that Sai and Virat has came. Then she welcomes them. She introduced them to her family. One of them ask Bhawani where is her elder daughter in law. Bhawani says that she is coming. She ask Pakhi to bring water. One of her guest ask Pakhi to bring hot water because she has sore throat. Pakhi says that she don’t need to worry because their elder daughter in law is doctor and she will do her treatment.
Bhawani ask Ashwini where is Sai? Ashwini says that she is about to come. She says that when will she come, get ready and cook for everyone. She says that Virat is also making excuses. She says that she shouldn’t have organised this program for her. She says that Sai has again disappointed her. Ashwini says that she should go outside otherwise everyone will start asking so many questions. Meanwhile, Pakhi come and tells Bhawani that her guest are demanding Aam panna. She ask her whether she should serve the aam panna made by her or she should wait for Sai.
Bhawani ask her to stop this nonsense and serve the aam panna which is made by her. She says that she can also wait for her favourite daughter in law. Then she ask her to taste it because she don’t want her elite friends to get upset. Then Pakhi tells Ashwini that she only listened this idiom, hit one’s leg but today her daughter in law has proved this. Ashwini ask her to serve the aam panna. On the other hand Sai is doing the delivery of a baby. She successfully done the delivery.
The she goes to meet Dr. Thurat to give him all the details. He says that on her first day of internship she has done the fabulous work. He says that now as a reward he will give her 24 hourship. Sai ask him why is he doing this to her? He tells her that he saw her being smart. He says that he saw that she called her husband through her patient’s phone. Sai says that was a coincident. She is not able to tolerate this and is very angry. Virat and Sai goes home and Virat says that they met with an accident and that’s why they got late. Pakhi says to Sai that she should have informed about this accident on family group. Ashwini says that she is agree with Pakhi. Sai says that she didn’t informed them because she don’t want to lie. She tells Everyone that nothing has happened with Virat and he is lying. She says that they got late because today is her first day of internship.
