At the beginning of the episode, Sirat sells the house to Mukesh for Dadi’s treatment. As Sirat signed the papers Mukesh pushed her and said from now both money and house are mines. Sirat started shouting at him but he closed the door. Sirat was telling Sheela to make him understand as Dadi is in serious condition at the hospital. Sheela told Mukesh to give her the money as we got the house papers m Mukesh told Sheela that you are having 2 options, I or your Dadi. Sirat said I would leave my boxing for if you would say. Rohan was giving them few money to start the operation but they were demanding the whole amount. Sirat went to a strange place where she was paid 5 Lacks for just getting beaten by another opponent. At last, Sirat was badly injured and went to take her money but police raided at tat place and everyone escaped. Sirat didn’t get her money. Sirat was running on the roads to search for the person who was giving her the money. Suddenly she bumped into a car and feel down.
When Sirat opened her eyes and she found that she was in the hospital. Sirat came across Kartik and she started scolding him for intentionally hitting me. Sirat said if anything would happen to Dadi then I would not leave you. Sirat was not able to walk properly and Kartik was following her.
All the family members were thinking that why Kartik went to take that girl back. Swarna acknowledged to them that the doctor said she is the only therapy for Kairav so he went to take her.
