DC fans are super excited to be able to watch The Batman in theatres. Beyhadh 2 actor Ankit Siwach is also fond of the super hero and is keen on catching the new film soon. The other thing that he wants to celebrate is big screens starting up.
“I think we all should watch films in theatre only because they are made in such a way that we can enjoy the best on the big screen, especially superhero films. And the Batman series being my favourite, I don’t think it’s just a film, it’s an emotion, an experience that needs to be felt so I’m definitely going to watch it in IMAX or maybe the best possible theatre nearby,” says the actor.
Ankit will be going to the theatre with all the preconceived notions of having fun and entertainment. “I just want to go and enjoy the 2 and half hours, or however long the film is. I want to experience a new actor playing Batman, the director’s take on the character, the villain, the whole storyline and the whole new feel, everything is just exceptional about this film if we go by the trailer. So I just want to go and experience it,” he adds.
Robet Pattinson as the new Batman has created a lot of buzz. Fans across the world have been waiting for this film with baited breath.
“I’ve seen all the Batman films. I don’t think I have missed any. My favourite is Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight series. I have watched it several times, the second part. But I’m very excited for this one too,” he continues, “I have always been a Batman fan. Since childhood I used to read Batman comics and still have those books. I used to have Batman costumes when I was a kid. Right now I have so many Batman figurines in my car. In my room I have Batman posters, t-shirts. No matter who is playing Batman, no matter who is directing it, my reason to go watch The Batman film is Batman.”
