Anupama 12th February 2026 Written Update: Kapil Decides to Fight Back, Prerna Crosses a Line
Today’s episode was quite heavy emotionally. Kapil finally shared what he has been going through. He told Anupama that men like him suffer quietly because people either laugh or don’t take them seriously. He feels no one would believe he could be the victim. Anupama listened calmly and told him she believes him. She said justice and respect are for everyone, not just one gender. She also reminded him that sometimes truth coming out in the family matters as much as court decisions.
Kapil worried that this fight could affect Anupama’s bond with the Kotharis, but she told him not to think about that and to focus on what is right. When he asked what he should do, she suggested collecting proof of Kriti’s actions instead of arguing. She said evidence will help more than words and they can talk to a lawyer later. That gave Kapil a bit of hope.
On the other side, things got awkward between Prem and Prerna. Prerna, feeling low, tried to get too close to him. Prem stopped her right away and reminded her he is married and loyal to Rahi. He made it clear he has always kept limits between them. Prerna apologized and begged him not to tell Rahi or Anupama because she is scared of losing their trust. Prem said he doesn’t hide things from Rahi, but the moment left both uncomfortable.
Meanwhile, Rahi felt uneasy when a photo frame with Prem fell and broke. She got worried and called him. Prerna picked up first and lied that Prem was in the bathroom, which made things more tense. When Prem spoke to Rahi, he tried to calm her and said everything is fine between them.
Later, Anupama spent some sweet time with Rahi and Ansh, feeding them and remembering their childhood days. She called Mahi to join, trying to bring some warmth back. Mahi got emotional remembering old pain but didn’t open up. Rahi and Ansh wondered why she has changed so much. Anupama explained that feeling insecure and unloved can change a person. She quietly prayed for her children’s happiness.
The drama rose again when Kapil found out his mother met with an accident. He was shaken. Then Kriti created more issues, and Kapil blamed her for the situation. Parag stepped in and warned Kapil to behave properly with Kriti. When divorce was mentioned, Kapil said he is ready but knows Kriti won’t agree easily. Parag started doubting Kriti and decided to call a lawyer to know the truth. Just then Anupama entered and apologized for interrupting, sensing things could get worse.
The episode ended with tension growing in the Kothari house and secrets slowly coming out.
