Udne Ki Aasha – 9 January 2026 Written Update
The episode starts badly and doesn’t give any time to breathe. Sayali is on her way with the money for the deposit when things suddenly go wrong. At first, it feels strange, like someone is following her. Then it turns ugly. A group of men surrounds her. They grab her bag and try to pull it away. Sayali doesn’t let go. She holds on tightly, shouts, fights back with whatever strength she has. She knows the money is important. She refuses to give up.
But there are too many of them. They push her hard. She falls onto the road. The bag is taken. The men run away. Sayali is left there, hurt and shaking. The pain isn’t just from the fall. It’s the fear and the shock that hold her down. She feels helpless. She just lies there, not able to move or even think properly. When people from her group reach her and see her like that, they panic and rush her to the hospital.
At the same time, things inside the Deshmukh house are also falling apart. Tejas is burning with fever. He looks weak, broken. He is not just sick, he is mentally exhausted. He begs Renuka to let him talk to Roshni once. Just once. He believes it will calm him. Renuka doesn’t soften. She refuses completely. She accuses Roshni of cheating everyone and orders Tejas to cut all ties with her. Her words are cold. Tejas doesn’t argue. He has no strength left. He just gives in.
At the hospital, Sachin arrives and sees Sayali lying there injured. It hits him hard. He tries to stay calm for her, but he is shaken. Sayali tries to explain what happened, but she is still in shock. Sachin feels anger building inside him. Something doesn’t feel right.
When Sayali is brought home, the mood is heavy. Everyone is worried. No one knows what to say. Then Akash asks the question that changes everything. How did the goons know Sayali was carrying money? And not just any money, but five lakh rupees. How did they know it was in that bag?
The room goes quiet. Sachin and Sayali look at each other. Slowly, the truth starts to feel uncomfortable. This wasn’t random.
Renuka becomes restless. She tries to interrupt, tries to shut the conversation down. Her nervousness is obvious. Sachin notices. He finally loses his patience and snaps at her. Sayali is taken inside so things don’t get worse.
Even there, tension follows. Tejas objects, saying the room is his. Before it turns into another fight, Renuka allows Sayali to stay there. Tejas is left standing, helpless, once again reminded that he has no control over anything.
Inside the room, Sachin and Sayali talk quietly. Akash’s words keep echoing. Sayali admits something that scares her. The attack felt planned. The timing. The confidence of the goons. Everything was too perfect. Someone had information. Someone close.
In the dining hall, Paresh wants answers. He wants logic. Renuka sits there terrified. Inside, she is panicking. She knows the truth.
Unable to control herself, she calls Mandira. Her voice shakes as she confronts her. She says she never wanted Sayali to get hurt. She only wanted the contract to fail. Nothing more. Mandira’s reply is calm and cruel. She tells Renuka that once things start, they don’t stop. And if the truth comes out, Renuka will go down with her.
Sayali hears everything.
Standing there, listening, something breaks inside her. The injury feels small compared to the betrayal. Suddenly, every insult, every cold word from Renuka makes sense.
Sayali doesn’t cry. She makes a decision.
She starts packing.
When Renuka realizes, it’s already too late. Sayali confronts her. Her voice shakes, but she doesn’t stop. She questions how Renuka could risk her life. How she could be so heartless. Sayali says she will not stay in a house where her life meant nothing.
The episode ends with Sayali walking out.
No shouting. No drama.
Just silence, broken trust, and relationships left behind.
