“I think visiting an expo is like another level. Even a world tour lets you travel to limited countries and you won’t be able to explore much but here at one stop I could experience its 150+ countries and their cultures. What else do you need? You travel to different places and countries to get the feel of the new place, its people, culture, vibe and food and enjoy the same. I got all that in the Dubai Expo 2020. It felt as if my first world tour got done, it was that fantastic. Now that my bachelor tour is done, I’m hoping next for a fabulous couple tour with my lucky woman,” he says.
One wonders how did the idea of traveling to the expo come to Aditya? “As an actor, whenever you are free from shooting, you enjoy time with your family, unwind. Travel recharges me. And this expo was something interesting. Dubai had its first-time world expo and when I heard about it I decided to go for it. The trip was hectic as I had to do 2 RT PCR before flying and again 1 RT PCR at Mumbai Airport before I boarded the flight. The final test was done before I entered the expo. There were a lot of rules for the expo and vaccinated individuals were allowed. So it was quite difficult and a lot of precautions had to be followed. The hotel and flight fares have gone up, so I had to plan things out well. But all my effort got it’s due,” he reveals.
Aditya wanted to travel the world and for now the first step towards it seems to be the expo, which allows one to do that in a way under one roof.
Meanwhile, on the work front, the actor’s project alongside Shivangi Joshi, Love X Society, which went to the Cannes Film Festival in 2019 is streaming on MX Player. He is also doing a song with Arshi Khan for Zee Marathi and another with Sara Khan for Zee Music. His film with Roshni Kapoor, The Rage, and Alt Balaji web series, Lip Lock, are also ready to release.
