At the beginning of the episode, Anupama is serving food to everyone. Paritosh and Kinjal come there while talking happily. Lila glares at them shockingly. Paritosh makes her sit on the chair. While Lila taunts Kinjal saying that her mother-in-law is doing work and she is chilling. Kinjal says she should help her. Anupama forbids saying Kinjal should eat now and can help her later. Kinjal nodes. She asks Paritosh if they can have food on one plate-like they always eat.
Anupama sits with Lila. Lila asks Anupama to tell Kinjal that they can’t get close with each other since they are still not fully married. Later Paritosh and Kinjal enter their room. Samar excuse himself. Duo tries to get close to each other but Anupama came. She asks Paritosh to get sweet paan for Lila and Hansmuk. Paritosh goes with a heavy heart. Anupama makes Kinjal understand that they should keep their distance as they are not fully married.
Kinjal asks if eating on one plate is so bad. Anupama says no it is not like that. She tells Kinjal how they need an elder’s blessing. Kinjal understands her point. Paritosh comes saying that Samar is going for getting paan. Anupama says okay and asks Kinjal to come with her, she needs to stay with her until their marriage completes. Later, Lila says Anupama that she did the right thing. Paritosh came shouting. Anupama asks what happened. Paritosh says Kinjal is suffering from stomachache.
Anupama goes to make black salt with ajwayan. She asks Kinjal to eat it. Kinjal has that tonic and feels better. While on a phone call Rakhi hears everything. Anupama asks Kinjal to rest. She put her head on Anupama’s lap and tells Anupama how once she gets fever but Rakhi and Parmod can’t help her as they are busy with their jobs, and at that time she missed her mother’s lap so much. Anupama says Rakhi too feels sorry for that. There, Vanraj tells Kavya about their new boss arrival news. He adds many people can lose their job. Kavya asks and what about us? Vanraj says don’t worry they worked really well their jobs are secured. Kinjal thinks it is not that easy.
In the morning, Anupama tells Lila and others that she is going to meet the principal for the job. Lila says then who will do household works. Lila suggests Kinjal’s name. That’s when Rakhi came with food. She tells that Kinjal can’t eat desi food thus she bring these here. She then starts taunting Anupama for her job. Kinjal asks Rakhi to go from here she also asks her not to bring food for her from now on as her family will manage everything for her. Rakhi stands still.
