In the beginning of the episode, Anupama tells everyone that she learned things from her mother-in-law and today from her daughter-in-law. Kinjal says things should be learned from Anupama. She praises Anupama for using the English language. Anupama says she does not understand anything but she must have said something good. Kinjal laughs and hugs her. Anupama and others go inside. Leela looks at them angrily. Kinjal tells Anupama that she looks upset then she should go out and get fresh air.
Anupama says that she has just come from outside, so she will not go back. Anupama tells Kinjal that she needs to learn how to cook food from Leela. Kinjal asks Leela if she will teach her. Leela says yes Anupama goes to freshen up. Leela interrupts her and says she will not let her do what she is doing. Anupama is astonished. Nandni doing lighting work. Samar dreams of seeing her. But Nandni scolds him and breaks his dream. Nandini asks him to help her. Both share good moments. Nandni tells Samar that she is missing her mother. Samar says that she can make Diwali with her mother. Nandni smiles and hugs him.
On the other hand, Leela is taunting Anupama in every matter. Samar notices all this and asks Anupama to tell all the truth to Leela so that she does not get to hear the taunts. Anupama says that Leela and Hansmukh will break down if she does this. Samar says how Diwali will become in such circumstances. Anupama says but this Diwali is special for her because she has made a new beginning in her life.
Later, Samar learns that 5 students want to join Anupama’s dance class. He tells this to everyone. Vanraj comes home Pakhi tells Vanraj about Anupama’s class. Vanraj threatens Anupama that if she starts a dance class, he will expel Samar from the house. Anupama is shocked. Further, Hunsmukh returns home. Everyone welcomes him. Hashmukh says he missed Leela a lot. Leela says she is incomplete without him. Vanraj agrees with Leela.
Hanshmukh thanks Anupama as she protects him when he was in trouble. Anupama asks him not to say so. Further on, Hunsmukh enters the house. Sanjay comes. He apologizes to Anupama. Anupama says he does not need to apologize. She asks him to come inside. Vanraj presses Hansmukh’s leg. Mama’s jokes lighten the atmosphere. Leela buys utensils on Dhanteras. Anupama says that she should take a bottle of water for Hanshmukh so that she can give him hot water. Leela agrees. Later, Anupama talks about the marriage of Paritosh. Vanraj gets irritated and thinks that Anupama is now talking about things without his consulate. He thinks of biting her wings.
