In this week’s episodes, Rishi comes to Malishka’s house to apologize to her for the insult caused to her and her family because of Lakshmi’s interview. Malishka’s mother says to Rishi that she wants him to make a decision whether he wants Malishka or Lakshmi. She says and if he chooses Malishka then he has to get engaged to her and after three months get married, as Malishka is being called the third woman in the society.
Rishi goes to Malishka’s house and proposes to her for marriage after 3 months and marriage tomorrow itself. Malishka gets excited, her father says to Rishi that this time he also needs his family’s approval. Rishi takes Malishka’s family to Oberoi mansion, and says in front of everyone that he is giving Malishka commitment by getting engaged tomorrow. Lakshmi hears this and gets emotional.
Lakshmi overhears Rishi telling his family that he has decided to get engaged to Malishka as a promise to her. Rishi sees Lakshmi and comes to her, holds her hand and drags her to a corner. He says to her that it is because of her that he had to get engaged, as she was the one who got the article published calling Malishka the second woman. He says to her that in consequence, she has to now see him get engaged. Lakshmi goes to her room and cries.
Rishi works on his laptop and Virendra comes to him. Virendra says to Rishi to not take any decision in haste or by being upset with someone. Ayush comes from behind and jokes with Rishi that he heard he is getting engaged to Malishka tomorrow. Ayush sees the serious faces of Rishi and Virendra, and says so it isn’t a joke and reality. Rishi says to Ayush thay engagement will make Malishka happy, Ayush asks what about his happiness. Rishi says that he is happy in Malishka’s happiness and leaves from there.
Neelam, Karishma and Sonia finalize the attire for the engagement and decide to go and help in the decorations. They wait, when they see Lakshmi going towards Virendra. Lakshmi offers help to Virendra and Ayush, but they refuse. Virendra says to her that she has already done enough, when she is leaving. Rishi is about to fall off the ladder, she saves him and they fall on the flower decorations. Malishka and her mother taunt Lakshmi, while she ignores. She then sees Rishi bleeding and takes care of his wound, and says to everyone that she is still Rishi’s wife. Malishka gets upset and goes upto the room, Karishma and Sonia come to console her.
Rishi looks for Lakshmi in their room and screams for Lakshmi to come out, when she doesn’t respond he gets angry. Meanwhile, Lakshmi arrives at Ranno’s house and says to Ranno that she won’t go to the engagement as she is feeling awkward there. Rishi calls Lakshmi, he tell her that he is happy and wants her out of his life and wants her to see him get engaged. Lakshimi goes outside and tells Ranno to get ready as they are going to the engagement party.
