The Friday episode of Nilanjana Purkayasstha and Herumb Khot’s “Chikoo – Ye Ishq Nachaye” started with Dhanush sharing a post on his social media and Chikoo reads it. She asks him what is wrong with him and they both talk to each other through messages on social media without knowing their real identities. Dhanush asks her to show her face in her videos too. Chikoo tells him that it’s too soon for that. She then tells Dhanush that he should do something that will make his mother happy and Dhanush too advises her the same. Chikoo then wears a mask and dances to “Mohe rang do lal”. Dhanush too tries to mend things with Alka. He makes his dad’s favorite Shahi Tukda and cleans all his trophies. His mother sees it and asks him what he is doing. He promises her that he will win the scholarship. His mother holds his hand very tightly and tells him that it’s the pain that losers feel. Dhanush gets upset with it.
Later, both Dhanush and Chikoo get a message from the principal saying that they need to reach the venue of the next round together and they need to be on time. Dhanush goes to pick Chikoo. Sameer wishes her all the best. While on the way Dhanush offers Chikoo some tea, but she remembers what her friend had told her about Dhanush trying to stop her from going to the competition and she refuses it. The same happens with Dhanush and he too keeps remembering what his friends had said. They start fighting when the car breaks down. Chikoo plans to run, but forgets her wallet in the car. Dhanush takes it and asks for a lift. He gets it but Chikoo stops the car and tells the couple who gave him a lift that he has stolen her wallet. Chikoo somehow manages to reach the venue but has lost her ID card. Dhanush reaches after her and shows his ID but learns that they both have been disqualified. Their principal then comes there and tells them that she is disappointed in them. She however, tells them that they have two rounds left and if they don’t participate as a team then they will lose their admission too. Both Chikoo and Dhanush are left worried.
In the upcoming episodes, we will see that Dhanush tells Chikoo that they have no option but to participate in the competition as a team. Chikoo tells him that she doesn’t trust him and they can only be enemies. Dhanush tells her that they can be half each of friends and enemies and calls it “dodush”. Chikoo agrees to it.
