The episode begins with Param takes Karan’s custody document, and he tries to read the name and asks Harleen to assist him. Sarab takes the paper from him and says he will assist him because Harleen is involved with her office task. Harleen goes to Sarab’s room to get her certain records. Param tells Sarab that the remaining documents are in their room only. Sarab and Meher shock hearing him. Karan starts to scream, and Harleen summons Meher. Harleen queries Meher that why Karan is not using a diaper. Meher says Karan was getting hives, that’s why.
Seema becomes happy seeing Aditi and questions what happened to her wrist. Aditi prevails to her, saying it happened because of a Nurse’s error while doing surgery. Seema advises him not to think so much and says he has to take her to the church today.
Patak asks Robbie that did he brought anything useful for him. Robbie shows the pen drive to him, saying it has Meher’s life secret. Sarab helps Meher in folding clothes and says it seems like she is taking winter clothes out. She stays silent, and he motivates her, saying God always helped them in difficult situations, and the same will happen this time too.
Seema and Vikram reach the temple, and Seema was praying to God. Vikram recalls how Sarab told him that he would lose Karan’s custody case in court because he is Vikram for this world when Karan’s father’s name is Manav. He tells Seema that he wants to say to her something and tells her about Manav’s story. Patak hears the tape from Robbie’s pen drive. He gets shocked knowing Karan’s vital father is Vikram, not Sarab, and cheers Robbie for bringing this to him. He says he is ready to give more funds for this. Robbie asks him to help him always. Meher says Karan will wear Param’s old cloth, and she wants him to become like Sarab.
Vikram says Seema that he has to convert himself as Manav to get fairness for him. He thinks today he got his identification of Manav back, and he is both Manav and Vikram from now on, and he will get his Karan back. Sarab states Vikram can’t become Manav to get Karan, and if he becomes Manav, then what will occur to Seema and Aditi.
Meher said when Aditi got her cloth, she tried to commit suicide and can’t even think about what she will do if she gets to know the fact then. He says he won’t tell Manav’s truth to anyone for Seema, and he is sure of it because he worries for her so much. Vikram evokes the times he participated with Karan and does prying. He urges Seema to favor him so he can acquire this battle. She says her blessings are always with him and praises him. He pleads to God and leaves.
