The show starts with the sounds of a bell ringing from the temple, then we see Krishna(male protagonist) comes out of the river Ganga after taking a dip. Krishna and pratigya have two children kriti and garv. Whenever they come to Allahabad, garv always asks Krishna about how he and pratigya met? Then Krishna like always narrates their story to garv, that a few years ago, he saw her here in a fair around too much noise he saw her and for him, it was love at first sight. All he wanted at that time was to know her name so he used his guns to threaten her for life so she calls out for help through the announcement booth and he succeeds. But his daughter never believes in his story and says it happens only in films and no girl will ever be impressed by a guy like that and everyone starts laughing. And suddenly kriti is lost in the crowd, both Krishna and pratigya are looking for her and finally after the dark pratigya sees her on a ferry wheel with an unknown person calling out for her, coming down from the ride the person threatens her for her children’s life if she appears for her case hearing as a lawyer.
Then pratigya slaps him and says do not bring our family to our work after today and when he about to slap pratigya, Krishna comes and stop him and they start fighting but, somehow pratigya stops him. Krishna’s brother shakti blames pratigya for everthing and tells Krishna to ask pratigya to quit advocating. But krishna’s father supports pratigya and appreciates her for what she is doing and says that everyone should be like her and he is proud of her.
In the room, pratigya tells Krishna that she is scared for her children and they share a romantic moment. Then the kids enter the room and playfully banter with each other and we come to know that komal is very attached to garv as she has lost her husband and daughter and he is the lifeline of her life. In the morning at dinning table Krishna suggests shakti to be a little soft towards his wife, shakti dismisses his proposal by saying to keep to himself. And sajjan singh supports Krishna and further tries to convince shakti. Pratigya wins the case in court. In the next scene, we see shakti’s kids putting garv in a van which he unknowingly accelerates and drives on the road while komal is worried at home for garv’s wellbeing. The van hits a child from the peak.
