At the beginning of the episode, Sajjan Singh and Komal tries to Stop Pratigya from going to the police station. Pratigya says to Krishna please explain this to everyone that by keeping such things hidden one day the police and the Balvant will get to know everything and then I will not be able to save the Garv. Krishna stops them and supports her. He says Pratigya is right, how Garv will live a life like this as he is always scared. I should have told Pratigya everything and I shouldn’t have hidden anything from her. He says sorry to her. He says Pratigya knows the law and she will save Garv and now he is with her. They both take the Garv to the police station. Komal says to Sajjan Singh to stop them but he didn’t.
When they both take the Garv to the police station Garv confesses everything. Mr. Tripathi in the police station appreciates Pratigya for this. He says no one have the courage to do this which you have done now as a lawyer. He says there are some formalities which should be done and as Garv is a 7 years old child so don’t get any kind of punishment and it is proved that this is not murder it is an accident. Pratigya is worried for Krishna as has to got to jail because he tries to remove the evidence. But Krishna says you don’t have to worry everything will be fine in some time. Pratigya says she will save him by taking his case.
While they were talking police arrives and arrest Krishna. When Krishna is leaving with them he says to Pratigya to not worry about him as he will be back soon. He says to Komal to not misunderstood Pratigya and whatever she is doing is right. He says to Sajjan Singh to calm down and also when his mother returns to home tell her that he is going to a picnic. And he leaves. Pratigya says to Garv and Kriti to not worry and their father will be back soon. After this Komal slaps Pratigya and says you have gone mad why have you done this with Krishna. How could you sent you own husband to Jail? You should be ashamed of this. She says I don’t have a husband if you have it then do appreciate it and care for him. The next day in the morning Sajjan Singh receives a call from the police station that Krishna is injured and he is sick and now he is admitted at the hospital. Everyone goes there and shocked to see Krishna as he is not even able to breathe.
