At the beginning of the episode, Tej says that it was decided in board meeting that the date be preponed because of dates of inter-college debate. Shaurya says why he was not informed, so Tej tells that he was busy in wedding festivities. Shaurya says this was unfair to students and they should not have done this. Tej thinks Anokhi would have missed her exam but Shaurya spoiled the plan.
Anokhi writes her exam. Rama and Ramesh thank Shaurya for his support to Anokhi. Shaurya says her exam is most important. Rama is worried what would happen if Anokhi is not able to reach the venue on time. Babli tries to make her feel better by saying Shaurya would never let anything bad happen.
Anokhi is confused if she should finish another question as clock strikes 2 o’clock. She decides to finish. Everyone is worried that Anokhi is still not out of the examination hall. Devi says Shaurya should not have allowed Anokhi to go. Tej says if “mahurat” passes, then the wedding cannot happen and will have to be postponed. Shaurya and Tej have an argument over traditions and progress. Tej says he did not want Anokhi to be their daughter-in-law, but he accepted her for his happiness. He says she does not care about their family’s traditions. Shaurya says Tej should not blame Anokhi but him as he only sent Anokhi.
Ahir tells that there has been an accident on the road to SIIC and the alternate route will take another fifteen minutes. Alok says Anokhi may pass her exam but she cannot pass this. Tej says they will have to postpone the wedding. Shaurya says wedding will take place the same day. Tej says it will not happen if the “mahurat” passes. Anokhi finishes her exam and comes out of the exam hall. It is already almost 2:30. She thinks how she will reach the venue in ten minutes as she comes to know of the accident.
Anokhi is worried just as she sees Shaurya and the whole family there. Shaurya has set up the mandap in the college campus. Shaurya asks Anokhi how her exam was. Astha scolds him for discussing that at such a time. They get married as Shagun, Tej and Devi watch. Wedding gets over without any more hiccups.
