At the beginning of the episode, Shaurya declares that now this ritual will be completed only when they will be able to accept Anokhi as their daughter-in-law. According to Tej, Anokhi will never be able to become a qualified daughter-in-law. Aastha believes that in this house only the daughter-in-law is worthy who gives up her dreams. She adds that Anokhi should not expect this family to accept her as she is, so she should perform this ritual.
Anokhi believes that this ritual will not be completed until the Tej eats the food. Shagun says that if Tej does not want to eat the food served by Anokhi, then she can serve it to him. Tej agrees that he will eat. Anokhi disagrees and adds that she is the daughter-in-law of this house and she will serve the food.
