Vaishali Thakkar: Rakshabandhan… breaks the stereotype of brothers protecting sisters, in this show a sister is shown standing up for her brother

Vaishali Thakkar’s portrayal of Kanak in Yash Patnaik and Mamta Patnaik’s production has been earning positive feedback. Now that the show has taken a leap, the audience can expect a lot more from Kanak, reveals the actor.

“The show after the leap will have a lot more dimensions. Apart from the story that’s been carried forward from season one, audiences will see a lot of family drama. Love angles will be executed too… My character is of a royal and arrogant girl Kanak, who doesn’t like Shivraj (Nishant Malkani) and Rasal (played by Varsha Sharma). And this contrasting equation between Shivraj and Kanak will be interesting to watch if their relationship changes,” she says.
