Aditya Deshmukh : Today’s youth are ‘Sarvashresth’ to take on all the challenges

Ziddi Dil Maane Na actor Aditya Deshmukh on National youth day says how today’s youth pick up problems as challenges.
On National Youth day we asked, what young celebs and influencers think are the problems of youth today in India and how to tackle them. Answering to this he says, “I don’t think that today’s youth have any problems because I believe that every youth has a fire in their belly. Every generation comes with a different thought process. They have their own thoughts and they want to actually put down in front of everyone. They want to prove something. Maybe sometimes their problems or their way of thinking is not being accepted by the society, people, friends, or by the family itself. So sometimes I don’t think there are any problems they are actually tackling. I believe that they pick up those challenges instead of saying problems. Today’s youth are ‘Sarvashresth’ to take on all the challenges. And I’ve seen in my apartment, there are so many youths always ready to come out with some good ideas with good stuff and try to bring out the change in the society and country. So I don’t think there are any problems that they’re tackling. The only problem is right now the covid situation but also they consider it as a challenge. They try to help people. I’ve seen many college students come up with a solution of going to their houses of the people who cannot afford food, water on a daily basis. Influencers also do it. So I don’t think they are coming up with any kind of problems. And they’re tackling it because they’re considering it as a challenge.
When asked if has Covid affected the mental well being of the youth or enabled them to take on any challenge, he says, “As I said, it has not affected that much but to some extent yes it has affected. But still I would say I believe in our generation, our youth because they’re our future, they’re our present and they’re going to make a change. So I’ve always wanted to give a chance to the youth, whether they make mistakes, whether they’re wrong or right, let them rectify their mistakes. And I believe that , “Puri duniya unke kadmo mai hai”. I believe never ever degrade someone’s thought process. You never know what he or she must be thinking of it. Always appreciate and the world is yours. The only thing is that yes few restrictions are not enabling them to take a stand or come up with ideas. But I strongly feel like they’re accepting the challenge and working on it. It is all about the upbringing as well the way the previous generation have inculcated the values of the younger generations and the youth is actually following in the footsteps. If they’re facing any problems and are not able to convey anything, I would say sometimes the way they express themselves is different, which comes out loud and that society doesn’t accept or the people don’t understand them. So give them the chance, try to understand, let them speak out. You never know, there will be a change.”
