At the beginning of the episode, Kanta asks if they study or do romance in college. Malika says people are always against lovers and their union. Leela was whispering what a shameless people. Kavya says it’s just an act to enjoy. Anupama and Anuj continues there act. Anuj convinces Anupama to talk about him in her family. Anupama says her mom won’t agree. Kavya plays the role of Kanta and denied for there marriage Anuj gets emotional and acts real. He requests Anupama to convince her mom. Malika says don’t spoil the show like a cry baby.

Anupama was worried for Hasmuk. Anuj ask Gk if he knows everything. Gk said he had promised not to say anything. Anuj say everyone will get to know as they have the test reports. Vanraj say why he didn’t let us know about the test reports. Anuj says GK knows everything. Gk said he promised him not to reveal to anyone. Vanraj screams at Gk for hiding this from everyone. Anuj gets into an argument with Anuj. Gk request them not to argue anymore. Vanraj blames Anuj and Anupama for Hasmuk’s condition. He says why they stopped continue there dance. Leela said she won’t forgive anyone if anything happens to him. She curses Anupama for being selfish.
Hasuk regains his consciousness. He told Leela that if this marriage stops then he won’t live anymore. Anupama say don’t speak like this. The doctor came to examine Hamukh. He told them that he needs total bed rest and do the operation as soon as possible. Anupama say nothing is bigger than him so first we will cure him. Vanraj told them to stay with him he is going to talk to a cardiologist. Anupama rushed inside crying.
