At the beginning of the episode, Virat removes Sai’s hand and sees that her forehead is bleeding. Sai says that is Pakhi’s gift on her birthday. Virat asks Pakhi to get first-aid but Pakhi says Sai is a drama queen. Pakhi explains to Virat that Sai was forcing her to go down and she just pulled herself. Virat is furious and warns her, but she says she wanted to be left alone. Virat says Sai wanted her down because she has a pure heart and wanted her to be a part of the celebration, but Pakhi crossed her limits.
Sai apologises to Pakhi that she wanted to include her in her party. Pakhi is livid and says she should instead go down and blow her candles. Virat asks her to shut up and takes Sai to their room to clean her wound and put a bandage. Sai resists but he insists on giving her first-aid.
Virat applies anti-septic on Sai’s wound and puts bandage. Sai asks Virat to tell everyone that she is studying or she slept and that is why she cannot come. Sai says everyone will ask what happened and she does not want to create any scene. Virat convinces her to come down.
They go down and everyone asks what kept them so long and why is Sai hiding behind Virat. Ninad says is Virat Sai’s lawyer, that he will explain something. He says to Virat if he has ever seen him speak for his mother. Ashwini says he never gets time from speaking for Bhavani, that’s why he can never speak for his own wife. Mansi tells them all to shut up. Ashwini says Virat is a better human being, a better son and better husband than Ninad.
Sonali says why is Ashwini is talking too much and Sai is silent. Virat says they should allow him to talk, as that will explain everything.
Virat moves away from Sai. Everyone is shocked and worried to see Sai hurt. Bhavani says Sai keeps running from here and there that is how she must have got hurt. Virat says Pakhi pushed Sai and that is how she got hurt. Ashwini asks why Pakhi pushed Sai. Mansi says Pakhi cannot do such a thing on purpose. Bhavani says it must be Sai’s fault only. Virat says, yes it was Sai’s fault that she wanted Pakhi to be at her birthday party and Pakhi pushed her. He says Sai did not want to come down, but Virat convinced her to come down.
Pakhi comes down and says why Virat is twisting the truth. She asks Virat to tell the truth as he is telling only half-truth. Pakhi says Sai fell accidentally. Virat says he saw himself that Pakhi did not even try to help Sai when she fell. Mansi asks Pakhi if that is true. Pakhi says she was in shock on seeing that and could not react.
Sai asks everyone to calm down and says he is happy Pakhi is finally down, so they should enjoy the party. Pakhi says Sai is really a drama queen. Sai says it is not her fault if everyone wants to celebrate her birthday. Pakhi says she had told she has a headache and still she forced her to come down. Shivani says everyone can see how happy Pakhi is from Sai’s birthday celebration.
Bhavani suuports Pakhi and Ashwini says Sai is correct. Pakhi says they are all blaming her without knowing the truth. Sonali asks them all to close the topic as Sai is fine now. Mohit says that Pakhi must answer the questions and how she could behave like that for a small thing. But Omkar and Sonali ask him to keep quiet. Pakhi says his conscience is clear and she did not do anything. Ashwini says she never does anything on purpose, it all happens by chance. Virat warns against any such actions in future. Pakhi asks Virat if he wants her to leave the house. Virat says he is no-one to say such a thing as he is Samrat’s wife.
Sai says she wants to give a return gift to Pakhi and that gift is that they will all have dinner together. Sai says everyone worked hard to give her this surprise and she cannot let it all go to waste. She calls everyone for cake-cutting. Harini cheers that only brave girls get hurt. Sai finally cuts the cake with the whole family around. Pakhi is upset but stays in the party. Sai is about to feed cake to Virat but he says the first piece must go to her father. Sai then feeds the cake to Virat.

Virat gets jealous. Bhavani says this is the same boy who danced with Sai that day. Virat says he is Sai’s friend only . Her friends put the cake on her face. Virat in anger says ” please be careful she is hurt”.
But Sai says she is fine.
